This CEO’s strong commitment to employees success shows up in Farallon's distinctive culture and internal development of future leaders, while providing fulfilling careers demonstrated with continuous professional growth and high personal satisfaction.

And once you are promoted to CEO, how do you keep the company safe as you double in size and become employee owned?

To find out the best practices needed to successfully handle those challenges, I invited an up-and-coming CEO to the program.

My guest today is a leader who is charismatic and positive minded. She is the CEO and a Principal Scientist at Farallon Consulting, L.L.C. Even with her strong technical background, her curiosity led her into leadership.

This driven student of leadership and personal development has over 20 years of experience in environmental investigations, site cleanups, environmental due diligence, and regulatory negotiations. She conducted and managed several large-scale environmental projects.

She brings a professional and organized approach to leading her company and as a result, was instrumental in the firm's doubling in size. Over the past nine years she played an integral part in corporate strategy development and implementation, and ownership and leadership transition.

This CEO’s strong commitment to employees’ success shows up in Farallon's distinctive culture and internal development of future leaders, while providing fulfilling careers demonstrated with continuous professional growth and high personal satisfaction.

Her definitive leadership style is being open and vulnerable while wisely guiding the organization and her team. She set a big vision for Farallon and works hard each day with and through her employees to bravely fulfill it.
