We live in a space of expectation or past trauma. Behind or in front of us. From philosophy to meditation to the styles of yoga, to the controversies facing yoga today.... we will chat them out.

I do not sugar coat, I do not follow anything with blind faith. This is real talk about being human today. Teaching over 3 decades, alive because of this practice. It does work. It will help.
