Ep 13 How to Become a Better Student of Life
As a psychiatrist, I have the privilege of sitting in the front row as people from all walks of life entrust me with their deepest thoughts and feelings. Their life stories provide me with a wealth of knowledge that cannot be found in journals or textbooks.
Our achievement-oriented society diminishes the life of everyday people by glamorizing the accumulation of wealth, fame, and power. It elevates star athletes, successful entrepreneurs, and professionals with titles next to their names, as if they are not flawed human beings who experience struggles like the rest of us.
Yet, we have so much to learn from people we encounter in our daily lives. Though painful, their slip-ups remind us of the landmines hidden from plain sight. The cost of not paying close attention is needlessly repeating the same mistakes.
Their achievements also leave behind crumbs that can help you reach your own goals. Studying their success can provide you with a blueprint to achieve your desired goals.
EP 12 Dangerous Internet Challenges – Understanding Their Appeal to Kids
Internet challenges can be fascinating to teens, who can be both impulsive and drawn to behavior that gets attention – especially in social media.
Some social media challenges, like the ALS ice bucket challenge or the mannequin challenge, can be fun and positive activities. But other challenges that pop up on the internet are dangerous and can lead to permanent harm.
You may have heard of social media trends like the Tide pod challenge, the choking game or "blackout" challenge, the cinnamon challenge or the salt and ice challenge. Then there's the Benadryl challenge and another that involves cooking chicken in NyQuil (the Sleepy Chicken challenge), which prompted the U.S. Food & Drug Administration to warn against the dangers of medicine misuse.
Ep 11 How You Can Make an Impact in 30 Seconds Without Knowing It
On the day of my mother’s funeral, I remember sitting in the back seat of our car, pulling into the parking lot where the service was going to be held, and seeing two old friends of mine from elementary school walking inside. I was 15 at the time. It had never occurred to me that they would miss school to be there for me. This simple act of support meant more to me than they will ever know.
Fast-forward about 20 or so years to the day my daughter got sent home from school with head lice. My friend showed up at my door unexpectedly and spent hours with me, helping to wash all the sheets and clothing, and keeping me tethered in my then-frantic state. These acts of kindness are indelible in my mind, and their power is immeasurable.
The power of kindnessIt turns out that the value of small and random acts of kindness is greatly underestimated by the one doing the kind act, and in fact, the person receiving the kindness is far more positively impacted than the doer imagines. This was explored in a series of research studies reported in the Journal of Experimental Psychology. In one study, participants at an ice-skating rink who were given hot chocolate had the opportunity to give away their cups to a stranger. When asked to rate what they thought the impact of this would be on the recipient, it turned out to be far lower than what the recipient actually reported.
EP 10 Don't call me selfish
If you search Google on selfishness, the majority of entries will tell you that you have to be selfish to look after yourself and to succeed in life. You are ensuring that you are contributing to society and not a burden. It is a sort of natural selfishness and is closely related to our survival. It must take priority over helping others. Pretty harmless, you might think…
Then you will find entries on what is termed ‘bad selfishness’ where people exploit others, commit criminal acts to gain money or power by means of fraud, dishonesty and violence. Very nasty, you might shudder…
I have given two rather extreme examples above, but have you thought about more subtle ways in which you may have been selfish unknowingly? Here are 10 examples of the way selfish people behave and without even realizing it.

EP 09 6 Tips in Creating a Healthy Relationship with Yourself
Being in the wellness industry, it's important for our brand to support overall wellness, and that includes lots of self love. It's so easy to compare your life to our friends, or even strangers on the internet. We're a brand that encourages you to take care of yourself, starting with a safe option for deodorant. Here are ways our author, Trevor McDonald, encourages more self love:
When we think of wellness, most of us think about things like diet and exercise. The term, however, encompasses so much more than taking care of our physical selves. If you want to be truly healthy, you must create a healthy relationship with yourself. And it’s not as easy as it sounds.
Loving and accepting yourself for who you are takes a lot of work. It’s a process that involves a great deal of self-reflection. But this work is essential if you want to thrive in other areas of your life.
Here are six tips to help you create a healthy relationship with yourself.
EP 08 Why Does Time Fly as We Get Older?
Another year; another Christmas around the corner.
The conversation around the watercooler these days has evolved into the annual “where has the time gone?” discussion–how quickly the neighborhood kids have become high school graduates; how our hot July beach vacations seem like they were just yesterday; and how we haven’t baked cookies or sent cards or bought gifts yet because time has just been flying by.
It’s become a common complaint–almost a joke–that time seems to whiz by faster and faster as we get older.
Of course, aging doesn’t grant us the power to disrupt the space-time continuum, so it’s not a real problem. But why do we perceive it to be?
Psychologist William James, in his 1890 text Principles of Psychology, wrote that as we age, time seems to speed up because adulthood is accompanied by fewer and fewer memorable events. When the passage of time is measured by “firsts” (first kiss, first day of school, first family vacation), the lack of new experiences in adulthood, James morosely argues, causes “the days and weeks [to] smooth themselves out…and the years grow hollow and collapse.”
Ep 07 Happiness: Adaptation to Change
If one day in the future you are visited by a powerful being and are offered a single wish, what would it be? Mind you, it can be whatever you want. This includes power, money, a special title, or anything else you wish. And maybe ask yourself a question before making that wish:
“When I’m taking my last breath, can I look back and say that my life was good?”
Here’s a suggestion: Wish for the ability to adapt to change. That is a good wish.
A universal ruleWhy is there so much emphasis on change? Why does change make such a difference in the outcome of your life? Well, there is one rule we all face. We cannot get away from it, and there is nothing we can do to alter this rule. It’s the fact that life changes, and few things stay the same.
While some things may not drastically change, change is inevitable. We may live with our parents for years, we may spend a large portion of our lives in a relationship, or we may find a fulfilling career that provides stability for decades. But change will still come. Sometimes we can control these changes, but oftentimes we cannot. When the change comes, it can be fast, sometimes difficult, and even shocking.
Reactions to changeThere is good news. If we have that gift of adjusting to change, our lives are good. This is because most, if not all of our suffering comes from not dealing well with change. Here’s an example:
Ep 06 How To Get A Boyfriend In 10 Simple Steps
You need to realize that men are kind of like cats. Just hear me out.
Ever see the variety of cat toys out there? They're shiny, sparkly, colorful, some of them make noise (and all kinds of noises), shaped in all kinds of ways, with various textures, sizes, and some are even meant to stimulate different parts of a cat's brain.
When you dangle a sparkly, plush fish with bells attached to its fringe, and make sure it remains slightly out of reach, a cat will literally go crazy for it. They jump around, chase, sprint, go full warp-speed and do pretty much anything it can to to catch this "just out of reach" little plush fish.
Bizarrely, guys are exactly the same when it comes to dating women. If you're fun, exciting, playful, flirty, and constantly just out of reach, then he's more likely to desire you and chase after you.
But don't worry — this is a phase that men grow out of once you're in a committed relationship, assuming he's actually boyfriend material.
2. Keep yourself healthy, looking and feeling great (inside and out).Going to the gym in and of itself doesn't make you fit. Eating right isn't the only important factor for staying healthy either. You need to take a holistic approach to ensure your overall well-being, including your physical, mental, emotional, and social health.
High-value men aren't looking exclusively for a skinny woman, gym bunny or nutritionist who's obsessed with juice cleanses. However, studies show that both men and women are naturally attracted to someone who appears to be healthy. So overall health should be a priority for you — regardless of whether you're looking for love.
Ep 05 Don't Judge People By External Appearances
I once read a quote that said, “Do not judge by appearances; a rich heart may be under a poor coat.” And I can’t emphasize it enough.
We are a society quick to judge the success of others based on external appearances. But I can’t think of a more foolish metric to utilize.
Some psychologists argue this is natural for humans. “Our unconscious mind starts from whatever objective data is available to us—usually spotty—and helps to shape and construct the more complete picture we consciously perceive.”
I suppose this makes sense to me. But here’s the problem:
We’re terrible at it! Like really, really bad.
In fact, in one study, scientists asked students at a Chinese university to look at selfies and evaluate the personalities of the people pictured in five key personality characteristics. The students were wrong 80% of the time!
80% of the time they were unable to determine the personality or character of a person based solely on appearance.
EP 4 Why You Should Always Tell the Truth
Every moment of our lives, we have the option to either tell the complete truth or make up a bold-faced lie. Lies can cover true feelings, make it easier to get out of things we don’t want to do and make us look better. They can also hurt not just the person that we tell the lie to, but ourselves as well. A big reason to not lie is to avoid the downfall of getting caught. However, many will still wonder what the most important aspects of telling the truth are.
What are the reasons why you should always tell the truth? You should always tell the truth because:
- The Truth Will Always Come Out
- It Will Make Things Worse for You
- You Don’t Want to Lose Respect
- It Will Help Everyone Grow
- There’s a Bigger Issue That Needs Attention
- You’re Usually Lying to Yourself the Most
- Lying Holds You Back
EP 03 How to Be Your True Self
Who am I? Who am I really?
It’s the question we often ask ourselves and usually find difficult to answer with full and authentic honesty. Instead, we may opt to conform: to do what we think is right and be the kind of person we believe will be most accepted by our peers. Such behavior is deeply rooted in us, reflecting the biology of our primal ancestors. As a result, when someone tells you to disregard what others think and “just be yourself,” you are, in a way, working against an internal need to be liked and accepted by others.
Carl Jung wrote extensively about the process of individuation, which, in short, is the layered process of finding your true, authentic self. Individuation occurs when you recognize and acknowledge your persona (the personality that you present to the world) and integrate it with the contents of your unconscious mind, including your shadow (the disowned and hidden part of you that exists in the background of your everyday life). By connecting to your inner voice—your authentic self—you become conscious and aware of your true vocation. This is the journey toward the person you are meant to be, your journey to wholeness.

EP 02 Self-Love Is Self-Care | I had a nervous breakdown
More than ever before, we now hear the buzz words “self-love” and “self-care.” For some, the concepts may be clear, but many are still seeking clarity on exactly what self-love and self-care mean and look like.
I identify myself as a “Vocabulary Nerd” who loves to look up word definitions to deepen my understanding of a concept. So we will begin with my definition of self-love and -care:
Self-love and -care go well beyond bubble baths, a silent moment to yourself before going inside your home after a long day of work, or a cup of tea before bed. Although these are great examples of self-love and -care, they are only examples and do not capture the full essence of these concepts.
Self-care means intentionally devoting attention and efforts to enhancing and protecting your well-being.
- When you love and care for yourself, you make strategic decisions that will enhance and protect your life quality and reduce undue burden.
- Recognize that you are a human and humans are flawed by design–perfection in human nature does not exist.

Ep 01 Why Women Should Ride Motorcycles
'Dirt is my makeup. Race fuel is my perfume.'
Why do women ride motorbikes? For transportation, yes, but also because we look good on one, and want all the benefits that bike riding brings. From a sense of freedom to weight loss, bike riding is an activity we should all consider.
A woman on a bike is not alone anymore. A recent Motorcycle Industry Council survey revealed that one in every five motorcycle riders is female. This revelation shifts societal expectations and mindsets altogether. Women are allowed to ride motorbikes, and we are good at it too.
EP 260 15 Simple Life Changes You Can Make to Become a Better Person
Most of us want to be a better person—whether at home, in the office, or just when we’re out running errands. The problem is where exactly do you start?
I realized a couple years ago that I was a jerk at times to people I worked with and to people I feel I couldn’t get any value out of. Over the past couple years I’ve become a much better person by working on myself.
Here are some of the things I’ve been implementing into my daily routine to become a better person on a daily basis.
Ep 259 9 Facts About Blowjobs That'll Blow Your Freakin' MIND
While the history books are filled with many a first (the first airplane to circumnavigate the globe, the first radio transmission, and the first president), there is one very notable first that is sadly omitted: the BJ.
Who honestly was it who took a look at the D and said, OK, put that in my mouth now?
After doing some research on the subject it appears there are some who trace fellatio back to prehistoric times. In fact, French paleontologist Yves Coppens suggested that the famous Lucy (the first prehistoric woman) did the job 3.2 million years ago. This underscores the belief that mammals have an inherent desire to explore their surroundings with their mouths.
But it is the Egyptians who leave us with the most traceable proof of oral sex (via cave paintings and myths alike), including some very well-hung hieroglyphic males doing it to themselves. Although it is hard to say exactly who was responsible for crossing the threshold into the nether regions for the first time, we did learn a lot in our quest for an answer.
Here, 10 interesting takeaways from the hummer’s illustrious history.
Ep 258 Difference between female pubic hair and body hair? New Years Resolutions on the last show of 2021
Before we see the difference between the hair in the genital areas to that of the hair in other visible areas of the body, one should know that three main types of hair grow on all human beings.
First is the Lanugo hair, the hair grown on fetus, which are lost once the baby is born.
Second is the Vellus hair, the thin, short, and light hair, which covers almost the complete human body except for some areas like the back of the ears, palms of the hands, soles of the feet, etc.
The third is the Terminal hair or the Androgenic hair, long and thicker hair, which during puberty replaces vellus hair in certain areas of the body like arms, armpits, legs, pubic, facial hair, etc.
The length, color, and thickness of terminal hair vary from person to person depending on the hair growth rate and genes.
Ep 257 Reasons Why you Need to Manscape/ How to handle a promotion when you're nervous
It’s very common amongst women to shave their private parts but for men, it is still considered a bit of a taboo to shave or trim the pubic area. Most men think that shaving the pubic area will make them look like a kid which is why they just skip the idea of shaving their armpits or pubic hair.
However, the reality is quite different, manscaping is the most hygienic way to keep your genitals and private parts safe from germs and infections. Let’s discuss the three main reasons to do it.
Shaving off the pubic hair will make the base of your penis visible which makes it look bigger in size. When you shave the pubic hair the base of the penis is no longer covered with pubic hair and this is the main reason it makes your dong look 1 or 2 inches bigger in size and who doesn’t like it to look bigger in size.
This is why it’s the number one reason why you should trim or shave your pubic hair. You can order a good body groomer online and at goodelectricshaver.com you can check out the buying guide on body groomers.
Ep 256- Melonites who have sex with their sisters
Chinadoll went up to the North Woods in Wisconsin and boy did she bring home some screwed up stories
Ep 255 What Men Want: The 10 Commandments of Blow Jobs
If I ever write a highly erotic version of the Bible, and I might, the scene where Moses goes up Mount Sinai to retrieve the word of God will have a slightly different spin. In my version, what the prophet will bring back to us will still be 10 Commandments, but they will be the 10 Blow Job Commandments, and they will go something like this:
1. Thou Shalt Not Use Teeth
"I gave my first blow jobs when I was a counselor at camp, and my boyfriend, Nick—he wore board-shorts while he played tennis, so hot—had to tell me what was up. If you're going to give head, your teeth cannot exist. There are a million ways to give an unsatisfactory blow job, but this is the sure-fire way to give an unpleasant one." --Erica, 27, lawyer2.Thou Shalt Explore Around Your Comfort Zone
"Be open minded about blow jobs. Tips that sound kind of awkward can be the most rewarding. Don't keep your best BJ tricks to yourself. At the very least, share them with your best friend. Or if you happen to be a sex blogger, share them with thousands of readers," says Rosemary, my fellow sex blogger. Listen to Rosemary. You're putting a penis in your mouth with the goal of getting him to come, or at very least getting him halfway there. Get into it. Try new things. Even if they sound weird or gross. All that said, you need to be comfy, both physically and emotionally. Make sure you're in a good position. If his hip movements or his hand anywhere near your head is bothering you, make sure he knows that's not OK.
Ep254 11 Keys To Winning A Man’s Heart/ Hollywood has different opinion
Men are just so unnecessarily complex a lot of the time. A lot of women make the mistake of thinking that men are simple creatures; that it’s going to be easy to decipher their feelings and their needs.
There are so many things going on underneath that rough and rugged exterior – and you can’t be underestimated just what kind of depth a man is capable if you really want to fall in love with one.
It pays to know just what makes a man tick; so that you can tap into that knowledge in an effort to really connect and bond with him as a human being.
It’s all really a matter of making your man feel happy and fulfilled. And this can be done through both grand and simple gestures that you practice in your everyday life as a couple. You really need to be able to touch him in ways that no one else can.
Ep 253 Women are ungrateful when getting presents
We get it: Wives and girlfriends are hard to shop for.
Nailing down the perfect gifts for her can be tricky (and stressful).
So if you have to do some last minute shopping—just don’t do what these guys did.

EP 252- Hollywood doesn't always pick on Women
You can undoubtedly sense when you’re talking to a good listener. Something about the way the person either looks at you or makes empathic comments allows you to feel comfortable with this individual and, therefore, more likely to open up further. If this person is your romantic partner, this ability to listen allows you to feel emotionally closer, supported, and understood.
As much as you may admire and appreciate being in a relationship with a good listener, perhaps you feel that you’re just not all that happy with your own listening skills. You’ve noticed that people, including your partner, seem frustrated with your lack of responsiveness to their needs. When you meet people for the first time, the conversations seem to run out of steam almost as soon as they get started. Coworkers don’t ask you to join them for informal breaks or offline remote chats, and even your relatives seem to get so bored that, at family gatherings, they try to pull away as soon as they can to speak to someone else.
According to a newly-published review paper by University of Haifa’s Guy Itzchakov, collaborating with University of Rochester’s Harry Reis and University of Reading’s Netta Weinstein (2021), decades of previous research support the observation that good listening is a mechanism that drives the “interpersonal connections … known to conduce many positive intrapersonal affective and cognitive outcomes.” “Listening,” they continued, “is a basic social behavior and one of the most fundamental features of a social interaction.” It’s worth sharpening this key aspect of your ability in order to relate well to others.

Ep 251 Chinadoll has to come to terms with getting older
First Half- Chinadoll has to come to terms with getting older
Second Half
The parents of Ethan Crumbley, the Michigan high school student charged with murdering four of his fellow students, made a brief appearance in court Tuesday related to charges they face in connection with the tragedy.
James Crumbley and Jennifer Crumbley have pleaded not guilty to four counts each of involuntary manslaughter. They each face a maximum prison sentence of 60 years and maximum fines of $30,000 if convicted on all four counts. They appeared before a judge in prison uniforms and chains.
The hearing Tuesday had been scheduled to determine whether prosecutors have probable cause to proceed with criminal proceedings.
Ep 250 The 'Ideal Duration' of Sex Actually Is and yes, Hollywood doesn't agree
The idea of what is involved in being "good in bed" has a lot of factors, and staying power is certainly one of them. Premature ejaculation is a source of anxiety for many men, and on the other end of the scale, delayed ejaculation can cause similar issues. In a bid to clear up some of the misinformation out there, urologist and pelvic surgeon Rena Malik, MD addresses the average length of time that sex lasts in real life.
In a new video on her YouTube channel, Malik refers to a study which collected data from 500 couples around the world, who recorded the duration of sexual intercourse using a stopwatch. The data is limited to penetrative sex, excluding foreplay, and only heterosexual couplings were studied in the research. Penetrative sex is measured in terms of intravaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT), the time from the beginning of penetration to ejaculation.
The study revealed that the IELT which men consider to be the "ideal" length of time is 16 minutes, but they estimate that the real time is closer to 9 minutes. However, according to the study, the average IELT is actually just 5.7 minutes.
Malik notes, however, that the recorded times ranged from less than a minute to 55 minutes. "Interestingly, it varied by location," she says, explaining that Turkey had the lowest average IELT of 4.4 minutes, while the United Kingdom had the highest IELT of around 10 minutes.
Ep 249 Americans are not that stupid Brandon
Democratic mayors are raising eyebrows with their responses to the rising crime plaguing major cities like New York City, Chicago and Philadelphia.
The U.S. murder rate rose 30% between 2019 and 2020, according to FBI data – the largest annual increase on record, with Chicago topping the list. At least 12 major cities, including New York, have already set historical murder records in 2021. Robberies and assaults are also on the rise, and retailers in major cities across the country are reporting an uptick in organized smash-and-grab crimes during the busy holiday shopping season.
Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot faced criticism last week after she responded to the recent flood of robberies in her city by blaming retailers for not better protecting their merchandise.
Ep 248- The Looney left is getting downright stupid/Bezos worries more about space program then victims of tornado
The mayor of Mayfield, Kentucky is warning Monday that the town could be without heat, water and electricity for a “long time” as authorities continue to survey tornado damage from Friday.
“This is a tough morning... but it’s ok, we’re still going to be all right,” Mayfield Mayor Kathy Stewart O’Nan said on “CBS Mornings”, according to the Associated Press.
“We lost a water tower, so we have no water within the city limits. All the power was cut just for safety reasons after everything fell,” O'Nan also told NBC’s “Today” show. "And the natural gas has been turned off because of so many leaks. So we have no resources.”
"The resources are gonna take a long time to be restored here,” she added.
Ep 247 Chinadoll literally wants to kill Hollywood/ Hollywood stepped over that line
Oh Hollywood is in trouble !!! Hollywood stepped over a few lines in the Rocking Where he discussed why women stink.
1) SELFISH - to the point where they don't know the difference between love of self and plain old greed. They are drilled into believing that whatever happens is the fault of whatever man is in their life because of all the feminist crap drilled into them by the cadre of asexual closet cases called "therapists" who appear on "Oprah", "Dr Phil" etc.
2) DELUDED - into thinking they "deserve" a rich, handsome husband who will "take them away from it all" and leading to resentment when they discover that the universe does NOT revolve around her.
3) ANGRY - All the damn time about things which are so far out of their control as to be nonsensical - and constantly wanting to discuss this mind numbing drival ad nauseum
4) PSYCHOTIC - multiple perswonalities in the same woman - as "Nomad" put it in a "Star Trek" episode: "Woman ... a mass of inconsistencies ..."
and also when the feminist voices in their heads start with the regrets and victim acculturation.
5) WORTHLESS - anything that does not immediately resolve itself in her favour or to her benefit is meaningless to her, especially the husband.
6) LAZY - drilled into their heads that they "deserve" a maid, nanny and personal slave to take care of every detail and that their husband/boyfriend is REQUIRED to cater to their each and every mindless whim.
7) RESENTFUL - especially of other women who have things that they do not, in material, spiritual and esoteric senses.
8) GREEDY - to them, "housekeeping" means getting the house in the divorce (thank Zsa Zsa Gabor for that immortal line) and sucking the guy dry of every last cent, even if they had nothing to do with building the nest egg.
9) MINDLESS - constant, irritating, idle prattle about topics they read about in some womans magazine and then they become instant experts ~ particularly pop psychology and the latest crap they see on "Oprah"
10) VAIN - believing that they are arresistible to everything in pants and therefore allowed to behave in any sluttish, dishonorable manner.
Ep 246 - Race in America
First Segment we take on Race in America
Second Segment Why do some people don't want to be at home
Of course Chinadoll gets picked on lol
Ep 245 Movies are so gay nowadays and what is ghosting someone
First half of the show we talk about the movie industry and how it's changed. Has the movie industry had a major effect on society?
Second half of the show we talk about a woman who was dating a guy for 9 months and out of no where cut out all contact
Ep 244 I just can't understand the liberal mind/ How the heck do they think this way
First half of the show we explore how mental illness harms a marriage and if it's an excuse someone can use all the time. 2nd half of the show we try and figure out how people who are liberal think.
Ep 243 Hollywood has done crossed the line with Chinadoll
Hollywood has always been an inquisitive kind of guy. So naturally he would wonder what it's like to have sex with certain people. Well, Chinadoll isn't to happy to say the least. Hollywood is always crossing that line and Chinadoll speaks up
Ep 242- Hollywood thinks he finally has figured out a woman's brain
If you find yourself struggling to understand the women in your life, don’t worry—it’s not as complicated as you might think. The trick to understanding women is to put your assumptions aside and get to know them as individuals. Whether she’s an acquaintance, a family member, or a romantic partner, if you take time to talk to a woman and really listen to what she has to say, you’ll soon have a clearer grasp of who she is and what makes her tick. You may also find it helpful to get familiar with women’s issues and learn to recognize and question some common gender stereotypes
Ep 241- Yes, I believe the Michigan shooters family should be charged
The Michigan high school shooting suspect is a bullied 15-year-old sophomore who now faces multiple first-degree murder and terrorism charges in the deadly Monday afternoon attack.
Ethan Crumbley, 15, is charged with killing four students and injuring seven others when he allegedly opened fire at Oxford High School, about 40 miles north of Detroit, on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, officials at the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office said the teen shot a video the night before that spoke about killing students — and made similar threats in a journal found in his backpack.
He was awaiting arraignment late Wednesday.
His father purchased the 9mm Sig Sauer used in the shooting just four days earlier on Black Friday, Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said.
Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald said Wednesday that her office is considering charges against both parents.
She said Crumbley had been charged as an adult with murder, terrorism, assault and weapons possession charges.
Crumbley had posted photos of the gun, and him firing it, in the lead-up to the school shooting, the sheriff added.
Ep 240 What they hell is going on with these kids- School Shooting in Michigan
Three Michigan high school students were shot and killed, including a "hero" 16-year-old, and eight other people were injured Tuesday afternoon during a shooting at Oxford High School.
Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard identified the three students who died as 16-year-old Tate Myre, 14-year-old Hana St. Juliana, and 17-year-old Madisyn Baldwin.
Bouchard said that Myre died inside a patrol car as deputies rushed him to a hospital.
Ep 239- Chinadolls Issues and how to avoid the Holiday Blues
At this time of year, it is practically impossible to go one day without listening to John Lennon’s song. I love it, but every time I hear the second line “and what have you done?” I cringe because the answer to this question is one of the reasons behind the holiday blues.
Many people struggle emotionally because they look back and see very little accomplished. Either that or they envision a bleak future ahead. As an advocate for suicide prevention, I naturally worry about this fragile population, particularly with the added layer of suffering the pandemic has created in the past year and a half.
A common trigger to sadness and anxiety is the ubiquitous pressure to be jolly and happy during the holidays; to have the perfect family, numerous friends, and of course, to be surrounded by carefully chosen presents. All this comes with a heavy toll, which can make us feel like a failure and pressured to put on a show because reality hardly ever meets these requirements.
Ep 238 Hollywood is mad about marraige and false advertising
Have you ever wondered why problems in a marriage always start later in life, Bi polar women for instance? Sorry ladies, sometimes a man feels like they got a raw deal when they went from leasing to owning that thing.
Ep 237- Chinadoll says Hollywood Stresses her out and that's why she's a mean person
Stress is part of being human, and it can help motivate you to get things done. Even high stress from serious illness, job loss, a death in the family, or a painful life event can be a natural part of life. According to the local ABC affiliate for the Bay Area, the California Penal Code didn't allow for the use of the term "looting" to describe the thefts involving large groups of people because, it claimed, the definition didn't match the act as defined by law. Ep 234 I guess Rubbers and Religion Don't Mix Well Together
Have you ever noticed how the religious right always throws their morality on others. What is wrong with kids having access to rubbers at school in order to protect themselves from STDs?
Why is it grown adults feel like they need to fit into a certain group or click? It's like these people are in a never ending loop of acting like they are in high school.

Ep 232 What is wrong with this society? Professor Defends Pedophiles
Old Dominion professor Allyn Walker — who wrote a book, titled, A Long Dark Shadow: Minor-Attracted People and Their Pursuit of Dignity — has been put on leave after a recent video interview of the professor defending pedophiles went viral on social media.
In the video, Walker explained that he uses the term “Minor-Attracted Person” or “MAP” when referring to pedophiles in the title and throughout his book, “because I think it’s important to use terminology for groups that members of that group want others to use for them.”
The professor added that “MAP advocacy groups” have advocated for use of the term “primarily because it’s less stigmatizing than other terms like, ‘pedophile.'”
“A lot of people, when they hear the term pedophile, they automatically assume that it means a sex offender, and that isn’t true. And it leads to a lot of misconceptions about attractions toward minors,” Walker added.
The professor also addressed those who say using a term like “Minor-Attracted Person” suggests that “it’s okay to be attracted to children,” by arguing that “using a term that communicates who someone is attracted to doesn’t indicate anything about the morality of that attraction.”

Ep 230 4 reasons people do not succeed
We live in a society where people think it's others fault they don't succeed. This is being taught to kids at an early age and the parents are no where to be found. As Hollywood always says, no one owes anyone else a living, it's on the individual to make it through life on their own.
