Further they discuss how conflict can be dealt with within teams and between teams in workspaces, analysing the implications of the domain on a micro- scale.

Do you want to know what methods trained wartime conflict mitigators use to stimulate peace between two opposing communities? How do they get the oppressor and the oppressed in the same room to deliberate with each other? How did the Romans and the Czechs eventually get along? Did South Africa's administration of justice benefit its natives post- apartheid? How do you ensure that your teams are working in coordination?
