Joe and Tom equate the flow to the 5 stages of grief and enlightens deep discussions. While they fight back tears, they drink Arnold Palmer Spiked, which obviously has a familiar taste but an improved alcoholic spike from past tries. Get comfy for this drop, you won’t regret it.

The Foos Saint Cecilia EP, released in 2015, is a 5-song quick rocker and a very easy listen. Recorded over the course of 2 weeks in an Austin hotel of the same name, the EP features a surprisingly wide variety of styles for such a short release. To drink, the guys crack open Tribus’ first ever hard seltzer. The inaugural flavor, Mango Peach, features real fruit purée, as will future flavors. ╰ This episode has Joe written all over it, bringing a couple of his favorite things in life. For the beer, Tribus’ winter German altbiër with hints of toffee, a dark horse in their beer offerings. For the album, the 3rd studio album from the Foos, and first to feature the late, great Taylor Hawkins on drums. This album from 1999 finds the band in an interesting spot, having just gone through some lineup changes and suddenly becoming a trio. Being an “early refresh” of sorts, this album showcases their more melodic side as well as some Foo staples, like “Learn To Fly” and “Breakout.” You might be very surprised at how the guys rated the beer and album, so check it out!

╰ Mike rejoins Joe and Tom for one hell of a pairing, courtesy of Joe. The self-titled debut from RATM, released in 1992, is arguably one of the strongest debut releases from any artist. This 10-(bomb)track beast features furious guitar work, a nasty rhythm section, and politically-charged vocals, which, 30 years later, still hold ground. Equally as aggressive is the beer of choice: Flying Dog’s Belgian IPA. Coming in at 8.3%, this thing is a BEER; it lives up to it’s namesake for sure. Crank this one up to 11.
