Sleepaway Camp - 1983
We can't let another summer go by without talking about this classic...Oh Angela....
Summer Camp - 2015
Americans in a foreign country in the woods, what could possibly go wrong??! The description is a little misleading and the term "kids" is used very loosely. So much potential, find out why we thought it fell a little flat....
The Shallows - 2016
The Reef - 2010
If you've learned nothing else from our podcast, we hope it's that you never go out into the middle of the ocean with less than 52 people, 3 boats and 2 life rafts. Otherwise, you're asking for a lot of trouble. Trouble with two layers of teeth...
Hanging with Naomi Grossman (AHS - "Pepper)
Scheduling rage, Mom's tell-all book and rolling with Frienimies....these are just some of the topics we cover in our convo with Naomi!
Deep Blue Sea - 1999
They got two black men to go mess with sharks, underwater, in the middle of the ocean? Fake News.

1BR (2019) - Hanging with Producer Alok Mishra & Actress Naomi Grossman
An affordable 1 BR apartment in Los Angeles? If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! There's something off about this cozy apartment complex community, and Sarah is going to find out exactly why.
We had the absolute pleasure of hanging out with Producer Alok Mishra and Actress Naomi Grossman (Pepper, American Horror Story) to talk about their parts in bringing 1BR to the screen!
The Stepfather - 1987
No d**k is good enough for this headache...
The Ruins - 2008
IT: Chapter II - 2019
We get to see what happens to those rascally Derry kids!
IT - 2017
Clowns will always be scary and this really just puts the nail on the coffin for that stereotype. One of the 2017 horror movies that revived the entire genre! Stephen King himself actually liked this version, and he almost never likes movies adapted from his books. Nostalgia, comedy, mystery, top notch special effects and of course absolute horror blend together beautifully to create what we would consider a horrific masterpiece. But there's no way we're not gonna pick on it. Some things you just never do, like talk to Sink People...
Malignant - 2021
Talk about a sibling rivalry! This lockdown masterpiece was deprived of the theatrical reception it should've had.
Urban Legend - 1998
Texas Frightmare Weekend Recap - 2022
Mother's Day - 1980
Not much to say about this one folks....there are plenty of other "Mom" themed movies. You should go watch those.
Scream - 1996
Yes, another Wes Craven flick...what can we say? We have a type! Since as you are reading this, Elicia and I are hanging out for the first time in person at Texas Frightmare Weekend, we decided to Scream this week in honor of the cast who will be making appearances at this here convention. It's gonna be wild!
Sydney is one of our favorite Final Girls and Craven does it again with his ability to scare you in broad daylight! Scream is definitely a horror classic that revived the slasher genre in the best way possible. But is this movie ACTUALLY a whodunit? Hmmm....
If you aren't yet, follow us on Instagram and join in the fun! We'll be doing live videos from TFW, hopefully all weekend, but we'll see how that goes....we may be having a little too much fun. If you are attending TFW too, and see us around, come say hi!

Splinter - 2008
April Fools - 1987
Lights Out - 2016
Isolation - 2005
Misery - 1990
The Lodge - 2019
So much bad parenting and bad decisions! Pretty much no redeeming qualities for any character in this movie. Don't date people your underage kids don't like!
Mama - 2013

Change of plans kids! We decided to switch up and do a little Christmas Horror trivia and a LOT of talking for ya. Our last episode of 2021! Thanks for tuning in this year, old and new listeners. We're sorry you don't have better things to do. Smell ya in 2022!!
Gremlins - 1984
Na-na-na-na-na-na! It's Mogwai time! How hard is it to follow three simple rules? Apparently very, because they all get broken in this movie. We're talking Gremlins this week. Which Gremlin is Gen? Which one is Elicia? Of course we ask and answer these hard hitting questions.
Silent Night Deadly Night - 1984
Better Watch Out - 2016
Gen and Elicia are starting off the Holiday Season by talking about the 2016 Shudder exclusive Better Watch Out. Hint guys: if the killer has a gun to your head play the long game and do what he says!!!
Children Of The Corn - 1984

We also want to shout out to Poltergeist, he makes horror movie themed rap songs, which are pretty cool. Check him out on Spotify (Poltergeist) and follow him on Instagram (@Poltergeist_OD)!
I Know What You Did Last Summer - 1997
It's not Summer quite yet, but we're in the mood and getting pumped for it with this classic teen slasher! All your favorite 90s/00s teens in one movie, what more could you ask for? Also, it's the movie where Freddie Prinze, Jr. and Sarah Michelle Gellar met (so many names...). It's a fun romp with a fish hook, but quite a few plotholes that we were able to find. But what slasher movies doesn't have a plot flaw here and there?
Still unsure about what this town's parade schedule is, and we would also love to speak to the jeweler who created SMG's crown!
