It's that time of the year again!! The time we all love to hate and hate to ..... nope ... just hate. The time of year when all the moms come out with the families to celebrate them by spending tons of money on food but stiffing your server by not leaving a tip. Yep, Mother's day! Ugh. The Girls are back and this time they are better than ever (apologies for the quality of the previous episode) and today they are talking about the day that every person in the restaurant industry dreads ..... Mothers day. The day when every mom is the only mom on the planet and if everything doesn't go according to plan, people go nuts! Luckily dads are easy and would rather stay at home and BBQ or golf for Fathers day. 


Lesson of the day: Don't celebrate your moms just on Mothers day. Celebrate her any day but that day. And if you do go out, TIP YOUR SERVERS!!!

In our very first episode meet your hosts of Hot, Behind! Kitchen Confessionals, Sarah and Desireé. We are both so excited to finally be able to record our first show and to have you with us. We had another show planned for this first episode, but with everything going on in the world, we thought we should talk about what is going on right now .... and that is COVID-19 and how much it SUCKS!! We talk about how the quarantine has affected us both, how it has impacted the service industry and so much more. 

Don't forget to check out our website to send us your Walk-In Confessionals and we will tell your stories on-air. Let us know how COVID-19 has impacted you and your work. Are your restaurants still open or are you still on lock down? Do you have a horrible first day on the job story?
