Girls On Fire / Ep 21
Girls On Fire is a discussion about the process of transformation with two extraordinary clients and friends who have transformed their health, fitness, and lives from the inside out. Robin lost a total of 91 lbs to reach her desired goal of 125 lbs. Her journey has been nothing less than extraordinary balancing a full-time career, being a mom, and wife. She off medications, she's setting new personal strength records, and she's inspiring everyone around her. I have no doubt you won't be inspired and motivated by her transformation too. Kaylah lost a total of 55 lbs to reach her desired goal of 150 lbs in almost exactly 1 year. That's an incredible consistency of losing a total of 1 lb per week for 1 year. Kaylah just finished as one of the top finishers in the Downtown, LA US Bank stair climb challenge. She's living pain-free from chronic neck pain she's dealt with for over 5 years and her hormone levels are balanced after suffering from PCOS for several years. Both of these extraordinary women are on fire in their health & fitness pursuits and I am honored to have been their health & fitness coach during their transformation. Spirulina The First Life On Earth: Ep 20
Today, so many health issues come from a lack of nutrients in our agriculture. Where agriculture falls short, aquaculture is quickly picking up the slack! Spirulina is a type of algae that has been recognized (along with chlorella) as one of the world’s healthiest foods. With a laundry list of research-backed health benefits, including obesity reduction, cancer prevention, and immune support, it’s no wonder why so many people are turning to spirulina as a source of balanced nutrition. Catharine, Founder & CEO, started ENERGYbits after her sister was diagnosed with breast cancer and advised by her oncologist that an alkaline diet would help her heal. She sprung into action to help her sister research alkaline foods and in the process she discovered algae. When Catharine learned that algae was the most alkaline, plant-based, nutrient-dense food in the world and had been used for 50 yrs in Asia to improve health & longevity, she knew she had discovered something BIG. www.energybits.com

The Flexible Chef - Nealy Fischer www.TheFlexibleChef.com
Nealy, The Flexible Chef is a wife, mom of four, home chef, globe-trotter, yogi, teacher, and founder of The Flexible Chef. She helps clients ditch perfectionism and get flexible. She's not talking about busting out into splits while your chicken is sizzling on the stove! What she really means by “flexible” is learning to let go, giving yourself a break more often, inhaling confidence, and bending the rules so you can live the life you crave both in and out of the kitchen. After 25 years of experimenting with various restrictive diet and fitness fads—like the time she crunched her way through the cracker diet or sipped her way to skinny with the lemonade diet. She learned that living such a rigid life is exhausting. When your willpower is constantly tested, you’ll eventually find yourself elbow deep into a vat of cookie dough. Sound familiar? In the interview Nealy gives helpful tips on how to stay healthy & fit in the kitchen, when you travel and when your managing a family.
