Behind the office

Magdalena and Riste, Ibornians, Java developers with different career paths working on the same project that we're building with a microservice architecture.

Riste is an experienced Java engineer who joined the iborn team about 2 years ago. He is part of the project we talked about in previous episodes and participates in building the microservice architecture, while Magdalena is a Java engineer who gained her first work experience at iborn and successfully built her career where she is constantly growing, and currently works on the micro frontends of this same project.

We talk about teamwork, the processes, the methodology, and direct communication with the client.

We invited Sveinn, the CEO of GODO to be our guest in this episode. 

We talked about the projects we work on together. Specially, we put emphasis on Property - a project from the hospitality industry which we're still building with the microservice architecture, and Sveinn has the opportunity to explain his business idea behind all this. Additionally, it was inevitable not to mention Travia - another project from the tourism industry built for the same client.

Also, he talked about the collaboration with IBORN.NET and the team that works on this project, how we communicate, and how we grow and succeed together.
