Natalya Gioiella an IC 2017 graduate is a paralegal, with marketing, writing, and graphic design experience. With a background in politics, her interests lie in working with clients and getting them the justice they deserve. She currently works as a paralegal in Brooklyn for a personal injury firm.

Rebecca Szlajen graduated magna cum laude from IC in May of 2020 with a BS in Communication Management and Design and a minor in Journalism. She currently works for C&S Wholesale Grocers, the largest wholesale grocer in the United States, as a Recruitment Branding and Marketing Specialist. She is also on the e-board for the New Professionals section of PRSA

Keni is an award-winning influencer and diversity advocate devoted to outreach programs and mentorship. Last summer he launched the G.R.O.W.T.H. Initiative, a summer internship program dedicated to giving BIPOC college students advertising and marketing experience during the COVID-19 pandemic. Keni is also the founder of 100 Roses From Concrete, an organization dedicated to providing a network and a space of collaboration for people of color pursing a career in advertising, marketing, and public relations. 

Eli Serota is a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting, working in the firm’s Strategic Communications-Industrials practice. He mainly focuses on high profile litigation and crisis/cyber issues management, public affairs and government relations, in addition to being a member of FTI’s Global Aviation offering. Eli graduated Ithaca College in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications and a minor in Politics.

Katherine "Katie" Siple is a recent Ithaca College '19 IMC grad working in media buying for Universal McCann on their CVS Pharmacy account. She currently lives in Brooklyn, NY and enjoys taking long bike rides to explore the city in her free time.

Her latest venture is Black Friend Collective - a podcast hosted by nine token Black friends, venting about life and getting ‘political’. Currently, she works at The Lower Eastside Girls Club as the Communications & Development Associate, developing and executing communications content for all digital and social media platforms.

In this episode Julia Batista interview Nicki Diacik. Nicki, an IC ’19 graduate, is a marketing professional, freelance graphic designer, and oil painter. With a background in IMC and fine art, her interests lie in the intersections of branding, consumer insights, and design. She currently works in marketing at JCDecaux North America, an out-of-home advertising company based in NYC.

Faith is the Public Information Officer (PIO) for IndyGo, the largest public transportation provider in Indiana. Chadwick graduated from the Communication Management and Design program at Ithaca College in 2017, with a concentration in corporate communications. Chadwick also holds a Masters of Public Affairs from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
