We learned so much with our Guest speaker and we talked about how important it is to get ourselves an immigration guide/book to learn about the new culture, education & political systems as well as the importance of mental health for especially the kids who have not yet forged an identity to deal properly with the struggles in this mew environment.

We are providing here great tips we learned that helped us go through difficult times during our immigration and adaptation to a new country and environment. We want to share these tips with undocumented immigrants to know how to feel safe and to stay positive.
