Ep 224 - HONEST Year in Review: Business Edition - Outsourcing to Stay in Your Zone of Genius, and The Power of Payment Plans for Creatives
Can you believe it's the final episode of 2023? Before we dive into the excitement of 2024, I've got a treat for you – it's the most downloaded episode of the year, my business year-in-review.
Why is this episode such a hit? Well, I'm a bit of an oversharer by nature. I believe in transparency because, let's be real, when we're open about our wins and losses, it helps everyone stop the comparison game. In today's episode, I'm laying it all out there – the behind-the-scenes stuff you didn't see on Instagram or hear in previous podcasts.
Want to know what has been a huge game changer for me this year? Investing in done-for-you services. We’re chatting all about finding your zone of genius and why getting clear on how YOUR brain works can help you raise your income peacefully. Trust me; it's worth it.
But don’t get it twisted! As the CEO, you're the one steering the ship. I've learned this the hard way. Learning how to manage people is such an essential skill in scaling! It's not my favorite thing, but I've realized it's crucial. You can't wear all the hats forever. Knowing how you work and conveying that to your team makes everything smoother.
I’m also sharing a hot tip for those creatives out there - high ticket clients on monthly payment plans are your best friend! Forget starting at zero every month; it's much more relaxing when you know what to expect. And guess what? At the end of this episode, I'm spilling all the tea on my numbers – business income, expenses, profitability – the whole shebang. So, buckle up, enjoy the ride, and get ready for the grand finale of 2023!

Ep 223 - HONEST Year in Review: Personal Life Edition - Taking Health Seriously, No More Situationships, and Becoming Financially Baller
OMG, HOW is it the end of 2023 already?! Get ready for one of your fave episodes of the year - personal year in review!
This isn’t the airbrushed version of the lessons I’ve learned, because I don’t think that benefits anyone. Nope, instead of the tired clichés you’ll often see around this time of year, we’re gonna boldly look right in the face of all of my triumphs and failures.
Things I no longer want to put up with: situationships and thin pillows. LOL. But really, I’m proud of myself for new habits I’ve built, doors I’ve opened (and closed), and confronting old wounds. Becoming financially baller and a star athlete were 2 archetypes I tried on this year and LOVED. And 2024 spoiler alert: I want to slow down my travels and approach romantic relationships differently.
I love this time of year because it gives us the chance to raise the bar for ourselves with real intention. If you see yourselves in any of the lessons I’ve learned this year, shoot me a message! Words of affirmation are my love language after all.
Want to send a voice note to the podcast and have Chelsea answer you on air? Do so HERE.
In this episode, I chat about:
- My travel plans for 2024
- My new criteria for choosing travel destinations
- Becoming financially baller
- Why I’m not longer entertaining casual situationships
- Planning my weeks around my values
- Accepting my need for comfort
- Emphasizing health
- How I don’t feel lonely often, and how I handle it when I do
- Keeping friendships alive

Ep. 222 - Dating AND Running a Business as a Full Time Traveler: RE-AIR from Make Shift Happen with Samantha Daily
The holiday season is here, and motivation for getting work done is dwindling. We want to laugh, chill by the crackling fire, eat candy canes, and gossip at holiday parties. Today’s episode is giving post-holiday party gossip fun - it’s a re-air of Samantha Daily’s podcast, "Make Shift Happen," that I was featured on as a guest. It's the audio equivalent of the holiday cookies you’ve been craving.
Sam and I dive into juicy travel stories, complete with the best dating spots, and, of course, a cringe-worthy dating experience in Spain from last year – you won't want to miss that!
This episode perfectly aligns with the vibe of my Substack, "Slight Turbulence." Picture it as the travel magazine you wish you had on airplanes – not the corporate and boring ones, but something with spice, emotion, laughter, and heartbreak. If you're not familiar with Substack, it's like a blog that gets delivered straight to your inbox, and trust me, you'll want to join in on the wild ride.
So, grab your favorite drink – whether it's red wine or a booze-free mocktail (Curious Elixirs, anyone?), throw on those leggings, and get ready for a hot girl morning walk as you tune in and enjoy this episode. It's all about embracing the chaos, having a good laugh, and just letting go. Cheers to that! 🌟🎙️✨

Ep 221 - Coaching vs. Influencing, Part 2: The Ins and Outs of Influencer Marketing
WTF goes on behind the scenes inside the life of an influencer? I have a VERY inside baseball view of the influencer industry, and I’m here to share the secrets. After working in influencer marketing to being an influencer myself, I don’t gate keep. We’re getting into the nitty gritty, so you can see if becoming an influencer or content creator is for you.
You’ve heard about influencers making BANK from one Instagram post. It’s so natural to hear that and immediately think “YES! That’s what I want!”
But what about the legal complexities? What about the toxic, comparison obsessed vibe that you can feel at influencer events? From staying on top of trends to staying "hot," we'll explore the very real challenges that come with influencer marketing.
Also… what if you want to be both an influencer AND coach?! We’re getting into that too! I share my top picks of people who have mixed the worlds of consulting and influencing to build an empire.
In this episode, we’re chatting about:
- The actual numbers and what I’ve seen influencers make from brand deals
- How creating content as an influencer is different than creating content for fun
- The toxic emphasis on upholding an ever-changing beauty standard
- Why introverts may not love the world of influencing
- People that are paving the way in the coaching sphere, influencing sphere, and who is combining the two

Ep. 220 - Coaching vs. Influencing, Part 1: The Pros and Cons of Joining the Coaching Industry
Coach vs. Influencer…which one are you? Two incredibly lucrative careers… but neither of them are right for everyone! This is part one of a series where I’ll dive in to the pros and cons of coaching vs. influencing.
I’ve got a unique perspective on both industries.. because I’ve been both! I’ve worked with brands as an influencer and worked in the industry for 6 years doing sales. Later, I built a successful online coaching business, which I still do today. I witnessed the extravagance of influencing and the bureaucracy of brand deals. Coaching gave me insight into new pathways to monetize without third parties and how to really use your zone of genius.
Now, I want to share exactly why I chose this route, why I don’t desire to be an influencer, and my POV on the ultimate question - can you do both?
In Part 1, a non-sugar-coated summary will enter your ears. You’ll get a real BTS look into the life of a coach. Part 2 (coming out next week) will focus on the life of an influencer.
In this episode, I discuss:
- How coaching allows you to make your own rules
- Building a flex business that evolves with you
- The limitless revenue streams of coaching
- The overwhelming learning curve that you may be navigating alone
- Constantly investing because the coaching industry over-emphasizes financial success
- How to know if coaching is the path for you

Ep. 218 - Escaping Human Design Stereotypes with Emma Dunwoody
Are you over the meme-ification of Human Design? I am. As a Reflector, I’m constantly told that I’m a unicorn, shapeshifter, and chameleon - WTF does that mean in the real world? How can I use that knowledge day to day?
The internet, especially Instagram, lacks nuance. That’s why I’m so excited to bring today’s guest, Emma Dunwoody, to dig into the real depth of Human Design!
Emma Dunwoody is a Human Design Expert, Master Coach and Behavioral Specialist who believes in the importance of being your own guru. She also hosts the #1 Global Human Design Podcast “The Human Design Podcast.” Her perspective is so refreshing because she doesn’t believe in the prescriptive nature that so many Human Design accounts try to push on the internet.
Similar to astrology, it’s important to take your entire chart into account and translate it based on YOUR truth. If you get a reading from an expert, they’re still distilling the information from their own perspective. Emma is working to teach people how to read and interpret their own charts intuitively. Stay tuned until the end, where she’ll be answering listener questions!
In this episode, we chat about:
- Busting myths about Reflectors (I got you bb’s!)
- Our Human Design pet peeves
- How to use Human Design within your business
- What to do about “consistency” if you’re constantly inconsistent
- Breaking out of the stereotypes of your design
- Why learning to interpret your own chart is so beneficial

Ep. 217 - Reimagining Authority: Embracing Femininity in Business with Hayley Lloyd
Authority used to be a word that activated my rage. But as business owners, we’re constantly hearing how important it is to “establish our authority.” I always felt this framing set up a weird power dynamic between business owner and client.
Today’s guest, Hayley Lloyd, completely reframed my understanding of authority by introducing the idea of “feminine authority.” Hayley is a Business & Mindset Coach specializing in guiding service-based business owners to become Feminine Authorities online & scale to multi 6 /7 figures.
Hayley is extremely business savvy. That was clear to me in the first few minutes of our conversation. But she also integrates her business knowledge with energetics to really ground the experience of leading a business. As we near the end of the year and our feeds are cluttered with scarcity and urgency, I know this listen is going to help you get your feet back on the ground and flow in your biz!
In this episode, we chat about:
- Why going “all in” too soon can derail your business
- How reinvesting in the business pays off in the long run
- Hayley’s signature process of establishing “feminine authority”
- How to start listening to your body to make decisions
- What is inner authority vs. outer authority?

- How can you navigate visas from one place to the next?
- What do you need to plan for if you’re going to work abroad?
Full disclaimer: traveling full-time is not easy, breezy or beautiful. It can be messy, exhausting, chaotic, and lonely; but when you’re fully equipped and know what you’re getting yourself into, you can take a deep breath, and have more confidence in designing your nomadic life.
Think of this episode as part 1 of your digital nomad toolbox. I’m taking everything I’ve learned in the past few years of travel and distilling it for you to make it 10x easier. This is the perfect episode for you to come back to when you’re ready to plan that big trip!

EP. 213 - From Breakouts to Breakthroughs: A Holistic Approach to Healing Acne with CLEARSTEM Skincare Co-Founders, Danielle Gronich & Kayleigh Christina
No, you don’t automatically need to go on birth control or Accutane in order to heal your acne. In fact, you probably shouldn’t because both ‘solutions’ come with REAL consequences for your health.
Today’s guests, Danielle Gronich & Kayleigh Christina, are co-founders of CLEARSTEM Skincare, the one-and-only toxin-free skincare line that targets both acne + aging at the same time. A few years ago, Kayleigh was experiencing cystic acne so badly, she couldn’t recognize herself in the mirror — a solution was desperately needed.
After being let down by western medicine, Kayleigh found Danielle’s acne clinic and finally got the care she deserved. The holistic approach Danielle used cleared up Kayleigh's skin and transformed both of their lives. A business was born from the passion they both had for the healing process and the need to bring comprehensive solutions to more people.
These two are the definition of the Yin and Yang — Danielle is the science mastermind and Kayleigh is the marketing wizard; together, they’re making CLEARSTEM a powerhouse brand, here to stay.
Whether you struggle with acne, or want some brutally honest skincare tips, (sprinkled with some well-rounded business advice) - this episode is for you. These two are a prime example of powering a business with passion!
In this episode, we discuss:
- CLEARSTEM’s unconventional origin story
- Understanding the root causes of acne
- Why birth control isn’t the answer to your acne
- Pore-clogging ingredients (and how to spot them!)
- Learning to trust your intuition as business owners
- How to navigate business as a partnership
- What’s next for CLEARSTEM skincare

Ep. 212 - What it Actually Feels Like to Have a $100K Month with Samantha Daily
Imagine opening up your Stripe account, changing the view to “The Past Month” and seeing the number $100,000 on the screen. A $100K MONTH. That’s what happened to today’s guest, Samantha Smith, this year.
Since the last time we spoke on Ep. 159, she’s made her dreams a reality on multiple fronts. Her podcast, Make Shift Happen, reached 1 million downloads on the podcast’s third birthday and she hit her goal of having a $100K month.
Have you ever heard the phrase “what you celebrate, you integrate”? I’m a strong believer that we can’t just blow through massive milestones in our business or our lives. Taking the time to step back and marvel at what we’ve done gives our nervous systems the space to adjust accordingly.
We’re talking all about the integration process, what’s it’s been like sharing these huge wins with loved ones, and why it feels a bit nerve-wracking to fully step into this new level. I can’t wait for you to tune in!
Want to launch a podcast? Grab my FREE cheat sheet right HERE.
In this episode, we discuss:
- What it felt like to reach 1 million downloads
- How Samantha intentionally took time to integrate a new income level
- Samantha’s love story meeting her long time partner abroad and changes in dynamics as biz grows
- Do financial differences result in weird power dynamics as a couple?
- What supportive partnership looks like as an entrepreneur

Ep. 211 - Real Life Across the Pond: From Building a Business to Navigating the Dating Scene in the UK with Jess Dante, Founder of Love and London
Americans idolize the Brits. They have ROYALTY! The QUEEN (RIP)! The drama of Meghan and Harry! We love to slurp the tea that comes out of the UK, and watch British actors play James Bond or princesses or lead characters in hit romance movies (Hi Notting Hill).
If you’ve got daydreams of moving to London constantly swirling in your head, you’re not alone. But what does the immigration process actually look like? How do you meet new people there? Does everyone actually think Americans are annoying?
Lucky for you, today we’ve got Jess Dante on, the Founder of "Love in London," an incredibly successful platform aimed at helping expats adapt to life in London. Since moving to London with her then husband, she has embraced English culture and made it her mission to improve every travelers’ experience there.
Jess took her love of a place and turned it into an innovative business idea. She literally went from being banned from coming back to the UK to making London her livelihood. Bad-ass!
We’re talking immigration and business today, but I also wanted to know what her experience has been like in the dating scene. What it’s like going on Hinge dates in London? What are the biggest differences between the guys in London vs. America? If you’ve ever been curious about life over the pond, this episode is for you!
In this episode, we discuss:
- The immigration process from America to London
- The strain that living in a new place can have on relationships
- Should we address or ignore haters online?
- How Jess’s platform “Love and London” creates financial stability and revenue
- An inside scoop on the dating scene in London

Ep. 210 - How Seeing Life from your Death Bed Can Help you Find your Purpose with Melissa Bareham
“You’re traveling to WHERE?!” is a question I get often. Isn’t that a place filled with violence? Won’t my phone get stolen in that country? We’ve all heard these comments before traveling to non-touristy spots. But I don’t want you or anyone else to miss out on life-changing places because of misconceptions and stereotypes!
Today, I’m joined by Melissa Bareham, a Purpose and Business coach who is a fellow female solo traveler. You’ll hear our honest experiences in places often deemed “unsafe,” and how we’ve been able to navigate new cultures safely.
Melissa is also the host of The Pursuit of Purpose Podcast and, after this conversation, you’ll understand why Melissa is uniquely equipped to support people in finding their purpose. After going through a cancer diagnosis and coming out the other side, she has a whole new perspective on life. It’s a funny, refreshing and eye-opening conversation that I think you’re really going to enjoy.

Ep. 209 - Making and Maintaining Friendships as an Adult
Adult life can be super isolating. Like, how are you supposed to make friends when you don’t have recess, dance class, or a homeroom to bring you together?
I’ve found the keys to the friendship kingdom, and I want to share them with you. Let’s get into how I’ve been able to create new friendships and maintain old ones, even while traveling the world.
Personally, I highly value friendships. I know relationships are the core of my happiness and the baseline for my mental health. Knowing where your values lie can really help motivate you to put yourself out there. Whether it’s raising your hand in a crowd or being the first to DM an online connection, the beginnings of a new connection do come from a commitment to putting yourself out there.
Whether you’re a solo traveler or a mom working a nine to five, I think this episode will support you in your search for community and find your own Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants moment.
In this episode, I discuss:
- Treating leisure like a commitment, just like you do a workout or meeting
- Making the most out of online communities
- How to make friends in a crowd (even if you’re not the most Leo-esque person in the room)
- Maintaining old friendships, no matter where you’re at in life
- Playing into each friendships’ strengths to create longevity
- Why I don’t buy into the “just cut people out of your life if they don’t serve you” mantra the self-help world preaches at us

Ep. 207 - The Snow Globe Effect: How to Zoom Out and Gain Clarity in Life
Do you ever feel like you are way too zoomed in to your own drama to actually see a path forward? Imagine you're on a Google document and you just can't see the whole table but you need to see the whole table to do the equation. And then you zoom out. Suddenly you’ve got access to all of the tools you need and you’re ready to go. What if I told you it’s possible to apply this phenomena to your own life?
I call it “The Snow Globe Effect” because, if you learn to observe your life from an aerial point of view (as if you’re peaking through a snow globe), you gain a whole new perspective. Think of it as your highest self peering down at your life. She can observe appreciate the moments of alignment and shake it up when she doesn’t like how things are looking.
A few years ago, I was going through a pretty rough break up (from a situationship LOL). At the time, my mom’s advice to go to the beach and switch up my routine felt totally inaccessible. But when I started to peer at my situation through the eyes of my highest self looking down at the snow globe, I popped a bubble of stagnant energy. Finally, I could feel my highest self looking down with pride. If you’re feeling the nudge the shake things up, this episode is for you!
In this episode, I discuss:
- What the snow globe effect is
- How this concept helped me through break-ups and feeling overwhelmed
- Using the snow globe effect to totally switch up my experience in NYC
- How to use the snow globe effect to get to the root of a problem

Ep. 206 - Healing Heartbreak: A Spiritual Approach to Breakups with Alexandra Shelly, The Modern Medium
Breaks-ups have the power to kick start your next glow up or drag you down into catastrophic thinking. But when we approach break-ups from a spiritual perspective, we can transmute heartbreak into the ultimate heart opener.
Alexandra Shelly, aka The Modern Medium, joins us today for an intimate conversation about the search for love. What does the moment look like when you realize a relationship is coming to a close? How can we nurture ourselves where we’re at instead of poking the bruises of lost love and spiraling into insecurity?
As a medium, Alexandra has so many gifts to share with us and she often shares them through (to name a few): Energy Clearings/Healings, Past Life Readings, and Spiritual Mentorship. But today, she’s generously giving us a look into how she used them in her own life to help her move through a recent breakup.

Ep. 205 - Repeating Old Patterns with New Partners? Liberation from this Cycle with Sarah Cohan, Attachment Coach
Have you ever found yourself in a partnership where it felt like the other person spoke an entirely different language? Do they run when you are begging for more affection or vice versa? Well, first of all, you’re not crazy. You have different attachment styles.
When it comes to my career, friendships, and other aspects of my life, I feel very secure and confident. But, for reasons we will get into today, dating and relationships have always been a sore spot that garnered a lot of shame. If you see yourself in that familiar shame spiral - this episode is for you.
Today, my attachment coach, Sarah Cohan, joins us for a deep dive into Attachment Theory. We’re breaking down each type. We’ll take you through why certain things trigger one attachment style and not the other to how different styles can move towards a more secure attachment. This episode will prompt deep reflection and provide a way forward that doesn’t look like a constant repeat of old patterns, but instead, one full of clarity and relief.
Sarah is kindly offering a free list of scripts to use during difficult moments to communicate needs in any type of relationship. They are based on the five love languages and will help listeners show up securely in their relationships. Check them out here!
Check out Sarah’s podcast LIT AF to continue the conversation! Catch me on her podcast diving more into this topic HERE.

Ep. 204 - Escaping the Fake Versions of Ourselves by Harnessing our Human Design with Dana and Shayna, Co-Founders of DayLuna™
We tend to turn towards meaning-making systems like human design and astrology when sh!t hits the fan. But what if we learned how to harness our energy and move in alignment in our day-to-day lives?
Without waiting for a crisis, we might find ourselves hearing the call to write a book. Or allowing ourselves that extra day to respond to that email.
Today, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Shayna Cornelius and Dana Stiles, Human Design experts, best-selling authors, and co-founders of DayLuna™! After making a pact to live in alignment with their human design types for one month, they both noticed a massive shift.
Now, they’re bringing conscious entrepreneurship to their students and team. With human design, we can move away from rigid, patriarchal expectations and get closer to our true selves. Having the language to understand what's consistent for you and what feels true can lead to real liberation. By the end of this episode, you’re going to be running to dig into your human design!
Check out the conversation where Shayna and Dana interviewed me on the DayLuna Human Design Podcast!
In this episode, we discuss:
- The catalyst to Shayna and Dana’s Human Design journey
- How you can use Human Design to create a more aligned work place
- Manifestations of the “non-self” in each type
- A mini Human Design reading!

Ep. 203 - Considering a Digital Nomad Lifestyle? Honest Travel Stories and Takeaways with my Mexico City Roommate, Joie Lim
Romanticizing your life is a fun concept, but sometimes when it comes to travel, it can feel like we’re only seeing the rose-colored version of reality. Some aspects of a nomadic life are straight-up annoying. In the last year, I’ve bopped around to Croatia, Cape Town, Portugal, Spain, London, France, Mexico, Malta, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina.
So, today I’m joined by my roommate, Joie Lim, to bring you a fuller picture of the digital nomad lifestyle! I met Joie in a traveling group called RemoteYear and we came back together this summer in Mexico City.
Joie and I have been traveling for the same amount of time. And by the time this episode is released, we will be back in the US for the first time in a very long time. We’re recapping everything from flings and heartbreaks to hungover plane rides and FOMO.
In this episode, we discuss:
- What inspired us to travel for such a long period of time (over a year to be exact!)
- Navigating love and lust when you’re constantly moving (and how you’ll learn a LOT about your attachment style in the process)

Those are two narratives that are being pushed online left and right. But Liz is such a wealth of knowledge and experience – she breaks those myths into a thousand pieces.
We go deep on the publishing process, what it's like to develop your writing skills, how to get a book deal and how to land an agent. She even shares how her podcast played a role in getting her book deal!

Ep. 201 - Redefining Success Using Spiritual Strategies with Liz Tran, Author of "The Karma of Success"
Is your outlook on “success” fueled by super masculine, rigid beliefs? A lot of times, society markets success to us as numbers, status and title. But what would it mean if you start looking at your success a little more spiritually?
Todays guest, Liz Tran, grew up very poor in Section 8 housing and made her way to become an executive at a venture capital firm. She was making six figures and, by all intents and purposes, she had reached “success.”
But she soon realized that her definition of success wasn’t working for her. Reaching a new income level didn’t translate to her happiness or anyone else’s. She wanted to impact the world beyond making a few men richer.
Liz generously invites us into the winding road of her path to success. And the road started with changing her definition of success entirely.
Liz Tran is the founder of Reset, where she works as an executive coach to CEOs and founders of fast-growing companies. Liz spent a decade in venture capital and tech, and she is also a meditation teacher and Reiki master. She hosts the podcast, Reset with Liz Tran, and her book, THE KARMA OF SUCCESS, is out NOW. Liz's mission, through writing, coaching, and podcasting, is to help others reach their greatest potential.
In this episode, we discuss:
- how Liz ended up being the only female executive at a venture capitalist firm
- Liz’s relationship with money after coming from a scarcity background and coaching her self through that internal battle
- the beginning of Reset NYC and losing a $20,000 deposit due to Covid-19 (and how she picked up the pieces)
- the secret sauce that unlocked a new level of listenership with Liz’s podcast Reset with Liz Tran
- some of Liz’s mindset methods as an executive coach
- AND be sure to buy Liz’s book HERE or wherever you buy books!

Ep. 200 - "I Work for the Moon, Not the Man" - Madi Murphy of CosmicRx on Business Astrology & Planetary Permission Slips
Going against the grain and embodying a new archetype (or character) can feel wildly uncomfortable. But what if you had a planetary permission slip to follow through on the dreams that are keeping you up at night?
Would that permission slip allow us to revolutionize our self-expression and escape the perfectly curated versions of ourselves?
Madi Murphy, cosmic leadership coach, Co-Founder of CosmicRX, and Podcast Host of CosmicRx Radio, joins us today to get us out of our comfort zone and into our cosmic zone.
Today, we’re getting into the nitty gritty of how our astrological blueprint can propel us into our full power. From what parts of our chart to consult when shit hits the fan to reworking our relationship with social media – we’re getting real with our cosmic bestie, Madi.

Ep. 199 - Why and How Indie Creators Should Start a Podcast Now with Skye Pillsbury
What myths have been holding you back from creating something like a podcast?
I've heard it all: "I don't have a big enough audience", "I just don't think I have anything interesting to say", "What I want to talk about isn't that important"...
Newsflash: what you have to say is important. We all have stories, and it's the fundamental way we relate to each other.
In this episode, Skye Pillsbury, the creator of "The Squeeze", a podcasting newsletter, talks about how she got into the world of podcasting, her journey to creating her own newsletter, and gives her opinion on why and how to start a podcast now.
She also discusses the importance of having a unique perspective and being passionate about your podcast, rather than just following the trend for the sake of it.
For those who are just starting out in podcasting, Skye offers advice on how to succeed as an indie creator without the backing of a media company. This is MAJOR advice you'll want to hear.

The coaching industry had a massive wake-up call in 2020. People demanded more transparency, context, and nuance from coaches, and enough of the well… bullsh*t.

Jaz Borri, Business Astrologer, Coach & Podcast Host of The Esoteric Entrepreneur Podcast, was one of the coaches who deeply understood the power of building a sustainable, fulfilling business that serves clients in integrity, and doing it all with your own unique success path.
Now, she helps visionaries unlock unique winning strategies, heal their bullsht & achieve “holy fck” success. She’s a Scorpio Rising so... no fluff here.
In this episode, we cover:
- How Jaz's background in music and luxury sales led her to entrepreneurship and astrology
- How astrology unlocked her gifts and build a career that's authentic to her purpose
- Jaz’s journey of self-discovery and all the highs and lows that came along the ride

Ep. 194 - From Blackouts to Barbells: My Health Journey, Exposure Therapy, and Building Confidence Through Humor [Mini Episode]
Today's solo episode is all about exposure therapy, finding evidence for yourself, and how both can help you embody your archetypes for 2023. Wait - what's an archetype? Check out the last episode to learn more.
She dives into her own personal journey of finding balance in her health and fitness routine while living a full-time digital nomad lifestyle. She also shares how life didn’t look this way before- in fact, it was the exact opposite. She used to black out at minimum 3x per week, abuse Adderall, eat Jimmy John’s and order UberEats cheeseburgers hungover on weekends, and fitness? That was a pipe dream.
From college to Chicago to traveling the world, Chelsea's tried it all when it comes to health and fitness, and shares the highs and lows of each experience. If you’ve ever found yourself being obsessive with tracking calories, exercise, and miserably weighing chicken breasts, or struggling with finding that perfect balance between health and indulgence (like, chocolate is TOO GOOD to live without!!!), then his episode is for you.
Join Chelsea as she takes you on a journey of self-discovery and shares her tips and tricks for identifying as the person you want to be in 2023. So grab a cup of coffee (decaf if you’re anxious), put on your favorite workout gear, and get ready to be inspired!

Ep. 193 - Choose Your Player: How to Change Yourself with Different Characters, Archetype Embodiment, Enclothed Cognition, and Affirmations That Actually Work
What’s your favorite video game character? Why? Is it their slick ninja gear? Or their ability to shoot fire out of the palm of their hand? Or that they backflip on command?
Our ability to get lost in video games is largely based on fantasy and escapism - for a fraction of time, we get to be someone else.
But what if you could activate a video game character in real life? What if by simply changing your look, location, or self-talk, you could become the person you’ve always wanted to be… without needing to escape?
In today’s solo episode, Chelsea talks about this concept in-depth, as well as:
- Archetype embodiment - what it is and how to use it
- The Hero’s Journey - what it is and how we all go on one
- How changing your look can change your energy and life - seriously, have you tried going brunette from blonde? Immediate timeline collapse.
- How different characters allow you to access different parts of yourself and close the gaps in your life - Chelsea shares how her “athlete” character propelled her into a whole new trajectory of health and wellness
- Affirmations that work for you and how to use them
- Habit tracking, self-acknowledgement, and gratitude - the Top 3 ingredients to seeing progress
If you’ve felt stuck, uninspired, or just plain old BLAH lately, this episode is for you. It’s time to "Choose Your Fighter".

Ep. 192 - How to Make Every Day Feel Like Your Birthday
How can we make everyday feel like our birthday?
Waking up on your birthday and getting showered with gifts, Facebook Posts, IG Stories shoutouts, texts, and blowing out trick candles usually happens once a year.
But in this solo episode Chelsea discusses ways to elevate the quality of your life and make every day feel like a birthday, 365 days a year.
Birthday energy activation tips:
- auditing your time on a constant basis
- building a life around what brings joy and energy, not Instagram joy
- incorporating small weekly or monthly events that feel exciting
- focusing on gratitude and self-acknowledgment, and the practice that’s transformed Chelsea’s life
- the “Gold Coin” game and how it works
- understanding the importance of intentionally seeking out positivity
- how to make life feel more colorful and exciting on a regular basis
This type of thinking can transform your relationship to self, and expand your mind to opportunities you didn't even realize existed. Happy birthday TO YOU!

Ep. 191 - Running A Business as a Reflector, Why I Don’t Care About Making You a Millionaire, and Why I Won’t Be The Next Gary V. (Or Care To Be)
Guess who’s back? Back again? Chelsea’s back…tell a friend…
After an accidental hiatus turned perfectionism paralysis, Chelsea is back with a SERMON.
She shares her decision to scale back on content output (specifically on social media) and focus on what feels good and exciting to her, including moving her newsletter to a monthly cadence, and making more space for podcasting (shocker!)
She also drops a controversial statement: she doesn’t care about helping you hit $10k months or scaling to 6 or 7 figures. You’ll have to fast forward to about 20 mins in if you want to know why, and what her ethos is instead.
You’ll also hear how to audit your time and evaluate what works best for you in your business, rather than trying to apply every strategy you learn from every internet guru who has a course.
Chels wraps up with the importance of support, including having a sounding board to bounce ideas off of, someone to call you out on your BS, and the value of astrology and human design in making decisions. Where the Reflectors at?!

Huge shows like "Call Her Daddy" penned a $60M deal with Spotify (yes, that's an M for million), "Dirty John" turned into a TV show, and "Serial" is still a cult-fan favorite years later - we're still invested into what happened with Adnan's case.

Ep. 184 - How Social Media Affects Our Mental Health, Focus, and Business, Plus Other Ways to Attract Clients Without Instagram, with Johanna Renoth
Social media has made it easy for us to not only express ourselves and connect with each other, it’s also helped businesses and brands reach success by going viral. Hi TikTok!
But what happens when our mental health suffers, or we can’t keep up with algorithm changes, or we just plain hate the platforms we’re on? We’d rather poke our eyeballs out than make another Reel pointing to bubbles, yet we get on and draft a video week after week. How can we get off this hamster wheel, or better yet, find alternative solutions to these problems?
In this episode, Chelsea talks to Johanna Renoth, a serial entrepreneur and business advisor, who invites entrepreneurs to reflect on their relationship with social media and encourages them to make choices for not only the betterment of their health but for their business.
On this week’s episode, Chelsea sits down with Johanna to discuss:
- How Johanna’s brands Bye Social Media and Log Off Live More developed.
- The challenges and downsides of fame and celebrity culture. Why is virality so exciting?
- The impact of social media on our mental health and well-being. What kind of media are you consuming on a daily basis?
- How to use social media to help your business without burning yourself out.
- Instant gratification on social media and how distraction affects business owners.
- The importance of having a marketing strategy
.
“You're paying for social media with your mental health, with your ability to focus, with your sanity, with the quality of your sleep, with also the hours and energy you invest that you could probably invest…in other sectors of your business. And I'm not here to tell anyone who's listening to this go off socials entirely, but just reflect: to what extent do I really need to be on there?” - Johanna Renoth

Ep. 183 - How Identity Changes Over Time - Transitioning from Corporate Life to Mystical Work with Andi Eaton Alleman of Oui, We
When you’re tied to your desk in a corporate office, eyes glued to a MacBook screen, eating a Sweetgreen salad at your desk, and working overtime, (even though no one asked you to), the thought of quitting to start your own business and throw this whole “corporate thing” in the trash sounds dreamy.
But what happens when you leave, and have to shed an old identity? An identity built on accolades, titles, praise, and high salaries? Today, Chelsea sits down with Andi Eaton Alleman to discuss starting your own spiritual business, finding your purpose, shedding an old identity, manifesting the life of your dreams, and more.
Chelsea and Andi discuss:
- How Andi transitioned to becoming a Soul Strategist from Corporate America, helping people connect with creativity, tapping deeply into what drives them, and what supports them in their work
- Identifying what is it you really want to do in your work? How do you want to support people? What are people's purposes? And what do purposes outside of work look like?
- Mystical work, and how it’s actually practical
- Shedding old identities and embracing new ones
- The influx of manifestation coaching and content during the pandemic, and how Andi approaches manifestation and her work
- The importance of building networks, the skill sets you've learned, and how you connect that to what's next for you as you start your own business
- Advice to listeners - "Create a life in which you are able to attract in the things that make you feel your best."
“What I was real clear on was that I had something within me that needed to be expressed that was not currently being expressed. I had talents that I had yet to uncover that I was very interested in diving into and really excavating, and that was only going to happen if I shed some of that. And.. I did a lot of shedding.” - Andi Eaton Alleman
