What is the No. 2 Error in Pickleball? | Pickleball Therapy with In2Pickle | Episode 13
Pickleball is a strategic game. You can play it simple if you want. Nothing wrong with that. Get some exercise and social time. BUT ... What if you want more? Pickleball offers more. You can think of the game as you would a chess match. Hit the ball to the left. Move to cover. Then switch it to the middle. Back to the left. You induce the pop up and hit it in the open hole for a winner. Thinking strategically about pickleball will also show you if you are leaving your queen exposed to attack. This would be a serious error in chess. The No. 2 error in pickleball is similar in its gravity. I also share with you some tips on using the offhand. It is what I am adding to my game. If you like the podcast, please share it with your friends. If you like it, they probably will too. Be well Tony

Information overload (BEWARE) - plus avoid tennis elbow (and wrist pain) | Pickleball Therapy with In2Pickle | Episode 8
Are you a student of the game? If yes, you may be studying too much. It is really hard (if at all possible) to incorporate 7 new things into your game at once. Much easier if you incorporate 2 new things. Then 2 and 2 more and lastly 1. Nothing worse than some elbow or wrist pain keeping you off the courts. And it may be avoidable. We share some ideas. If you like the podcast, please share it with your friends. If you like it, they probably will too. Be well Tony

Process-oriented Pickleball - the only way to really improve and have consistent results | Pickleball Therapy with In2Pickle | Episode 7
If you want to improve as a pickleball player, you need to understand – and then embrace – process pickleball. Being driven by outcomes or results will not allow you to see when you win bad or lose good. And if you do not see those, how will you know what you need to improve to become the best pickleball player you can be? In this Episode we illustrate this concept and tell you what a "bad" winner looks like. Let us know what you think about the podcast and rate and review us on your platform.

Improvement requires work - some suggestions for you | Pickleball Therapy with In2Pickle | Episode 5
Just finished The Last Dance on Netflix. It is about the Chicago Bulls 1998 run for a 6th NBA championship. We can learn a lot from No. 23, including putting in the work. In this podcast we talk about the drudgery required to improve and also about some specific steps you can take to elevate your game - if that is your thing. Our riff this week is about paddle swing weight and how understanding it can help you make better decisions about the paddle you play with. Keep working Tony
