Heart Horses 12: Rachel Mottet & Titan: The Legacy of a Heart Horse

It was love at first sight for Rachel and Titan, but it took years of patience to develop their trust and bond as Titan was a sensitive guy, head shy, prone to spooking, and difficult to catch at times. Together they competed successfully in eventing and they also enjoyed trail rides together. Now, Rachel has two young horses and runs her business, Legacy Equine Nutrition, in Ocala.

Heart Horses 10: Amber Paulson & Luna: How a sassy little mare chose her

When Amber was looking for her next horse, she wanted a young palomino, black, or blue roan. Although Luna was marketed as a blue roan, she wasn’t. Luna was a young flea-bitten grey quarter horse filly with a spitfire personality who followed Amber up the trailer ramp to their new life together, doing gaming, trails, jumping, and dressage together.
