He is a writer and director from Los Angeles who has collaborated with 400+ visual artists and musicians to compose detailed short stories through the lens of criminology that reveal something deeper to the viewer about themselves and the world around us. What started in 2018 as a dare behind a comic store has grown into a remarkable anthology of human psychology and thoughtful storytelling. Each 3-panel comic its own haiku. Not always obvious, there are many layers and intricacies beneath the surface. The meaning may completely change by switching the order of the panels. Like a kind of puzzle or mystery, they can sometimes be solved to unlock alternate endings

Episode 17: steviep & Habiba Green
stevie is a generative artist, engineer and entrepreneur from Brooklyn, NY using conceptual art to create new ways of understanding the philosophical implications of participation in the absurd, disgusting, and confusing aspects of modern social circles and economics. His experiments on-chain and off test the limits of how art can be delivered to an audience – often more closely resembling virtual performance art rather than a collection you'd expect at a fine art museum. Whether it's impressive or idiotic is for the audience to decide. The internal dialogue of living through financial crisis, incendiary elections, and a global pandemic has manifested into a self-referential network of websites & art collections dripping in satire and bordering on dadaism - most of which are developed with code.

Habiba is a minimal-realist digital artist, illustrator and poet born in Spain, based in London inspired by women and the emotions surrounding uncertainty, loss and regeneration whose fictional characters embody wisps of feelings, people and things embedded in memories. Though not all self-portraits, her works are largely biographical but also incorporate others’ experiences to connect as deeply as possible with the viewer. Habiba's signature illustration style has drawn interest for collaborators to illustrate book jackets for contemporary writers and work for brands like Smirnoff, Sony & Jillian Dempsey.
