I suppose that every week, we could say that the articles we bring you on InnerSelf are about self-empowerment and about creating your reality... because everything in life is about that, really. But this week, our focus is a bit more specific, providing practical and easy methods to create and attract health and well-being on all levels.

We begin with Nancy Yearout who presents us with "Seven Ways to Achieve Balance This Spring", Of course, these seven ways are valid for any day and every day of the year, not just in Springtime. But since Spring is the time of new leaves, perhaps it's a good time for us to "turn over a new leaf". It's amazing how just seven simple things can make a big difference in our lives.

We continue with Fabiana Fondevila who suggests that you "Let The River of Your Imagination Flow: Playing to Create". She opens her article with the famous quote from Alice in Wonderland where the Queen tells Alice to believe in the impossible... Our imagination is a powerful tool in creating a future than does not yet exist, except perhaps as a seed or vision in our imagination.

From a shamanistic perspective, Serge Kahili King continues this exploration with "Daydream Techniques That Can Help Create Your Future". You may have been told at various times in your life to stop daydreaming and be practical. However as Serge demonstrates, daydreaming is practical. It is a tool in our 'bag of tricks' to create the life we desire. He presents various methods to do so.

One area of our life where we may need assistance in creating a better situation is our health. Author and healer, Tjitze de Jong, explains how "Cancer Can Be Cured: On The Road Towards Self-Determination". He introduces us to various pioneers on the road of cancer cure discoveries and welcomes us into the world of healing ourselves of cancer (or anything else).

We round off our journey of featured articles with Constance Kellough who invites us to reflect on our life, in "Where Are We Now? Quick Tools to Regain Inner Peace".

All of the above featured articles have an audio and video version for your enjoyment. Each article also gives an estimated reading time, so you can opt to read it, or you can listen to it if you would prefer to be away from your screen. The video versions are created in such a way to be relaxing while having the benefit of the article read to you. A win-win situation.
