How to stop OVERTHINKING | Stop Overwhelming yourself! How to stop overthinking and overwhelming yourself with negative or heavy thoughts. There are many things you can do before you start overthinking and overwhelming yourself. When we overthink, we overwhelm ourselves with thousands of possibilities that cannot all happen at the same time. Before you start creating stories in your head about what can go wrong and what will happen tomorrow understand that non of those predictions are possible. None of those overwhelming thoughts are going to come true. If you don't have the control to change or fix a problem, overwhelming yourself with anxiety will only make your life miserable. When you have certain overwhelming thoughts try to change the focus and do something else. You can cook, read, go for a walk or a run, watch something inspirational, listen to music, dance, or even journal and write your thoughts out.

Ep 12: How to choose the right business partner
How do you choose the right business partner that will help you grow as a person, as a business owner and as a co-owner of the brand/business. The right person is someone you can count on who sees themselves as equal to you and is excited to bring the same energy as you. The ideal person also will have different strengths and weaknesses than you and that should be seen as a complement to your partnership. Often times, partnerships don't work out because one of the partners is putting in less time and energy than the other. This can become frustrating for the partner doing more work. Remember, you ideally want to bring in a partner to share the work with. But you also have to share the title with. You will have to share the responsibilities and the decision making with this person. So choose wisely, especially before signing any kind of contract.
