Graham Gough is a Soul Mentor and Men's Work Facilitator helping people to heal through feeling more! Graham shares a few bits of his journey from working in advertising and living the "high life" of a creative marketing executive to embarking on a life-long spiritual, soul-searching, heart-opening adventure. Graham's journey started by learning about the meaning of presence and integration, overcoming resistance and discovering ways to feel deep love and connection. We chat about what it means to be a soul mentor and how Graham works with his clients. We touch on topics such as loneliness, vulnerability, trauma healing, learning to feel more, letting go as well as finding relief and a sense of belonging. In his role as a Soul Mentor and Men's Work Facilitator, people come to Graham with a problem or an issue they want to work through together. Did purpose lose its meaning? | Ep 26
Do you have a purpose? Do you feel overwhelmed by the constant pressure to know your purpose? Did purpose lose its meaning by the frequent repetition? Is it just an empty "trendy" word? We love the definition of purpose by Esther & Abraham Hicks, who famously said that the Purpose of Life is Joy! In this episode, we discuss what purpose means to us and our journey to realise that it's enough to simply want to live. To desire to have a happy and healthy life and simply be as we are without judgement or external pressure to be more, do more, have more. Purpose doesn't have to have an all-encompassing, almost evangelical meaning! You don't have to have a desire to change the world or make a huge impact. "I just want to be me, be true to myself, follow my values, and be the best person I can be." Being too patient can mean being inactive and not taking the necessary steps to allow things to progress.
