It’s not mediation, visualizing or goal setting.
Cathleen Lamberton, a coach and emotional fitness

for. Do this every day for ten days and watch how it

before you even head to the bathroom. She’ll explain
why this simple exercise is so powerful, along with
specific examples of how it has transformed people from

known as chakras. “The richest people have certain
color types,” he explains. “Ninety percent of them are
purple spiritual people. William Gates is one example.”
B.P. can illustrate on air how one’s name, correlating

Signs of Bipolar in Women - Breaking Into My Life
..."Only one-third of those suffering from mental illness worldwide receive treatment.
I know firsthand how hard it is to cope with this disease. I spent my childhood loving a mother who suffered from bipolar disorder and who at times lived with it untreated. Her illness not only compromised her life, it compromised her family members’ lives as well.
I’m far from being alone. A whopping 14 million Americans and 450 million people across the globe suffer from mental illness. And most of those folks have loved ones who must help care for them.
I wrote Breaking Into My Life to help myself—along with the rest of us—better understand the world of mental illness. I hope my story of perseverance and triumph helps challenge and transform the “suffer in silence” dynamic, and makes mental illness more understood, treated and accepted."

Be actively involved your treatment decisions so you feel confident the treatment will heal you. If standard treatments like LEEP or cryotherapy don't feel right for you, explore alternative treatments. Consider treatments offered by a reputable naturopath. Tip: with your care provider, set a time frame for treatment investigations. When the time is over, commit to your top choice and measure your healing progress with subsequent screenings, make course corrections as needed. The important thing is to act with confidence so you can own the results and move forward on your path to full health.

Scriptures On Peace And Comfort - Overcoming Cycles Of Hurt And Pain
24 year old Minister, Husband, Father, Hope Speaker, Author of "There is Purpose in Pain, and There is Pain in Purpose". My life experiences has lit a fire in me, especially for this generation. Cycles of hurt and pain has shaped a culture that generations before us has deemed hopeless, but there is a cry that seemingly nobody has heard that is screaming for help. Nothing changes unless we do, and my passion is to spark that change!
Pain is something that is inevitable in the earthly realm. Some pain, we can manage through and eventually get over it, yet some pain that we endure causes lifelong battles and even weaknesses that we fight and struggle with every day. Some struggles causes us to think that God left us or that He would not even want us because of our weakness, but what if it was the opposite?
It was Paul in his second letter to Corinth that detailed his conversation with the Heavenly Father. He stated that he possessed a thorn that he asked to be taken from him on three separate occasions, but God answered back and told him that His grace is all that Paul needed, and His strength was made perfect in Paul's weakness. So Paul decided that he would rejoice in everything that he had to go through, because when he was weak, God's strength was there to complete him.
What God showed Paul, He also is trying to show us. Today's generation has many different struggles and weaknesses, and they have learned grown to mask themselves as anger, depression, which leads to many different sad situations that we see in everyday life, such as murder, suicide, violence, etc. This generation has ran from the church because instead of loving and instructing, the church has turned into a judgmental, self-righteous form of a god that does not exist. Once the true nature of God is revealed and the feel of his genuine love is found, one will see that there is truly a purpose for everything encountered up to this point. The pain was necessary for the birthing of your purpose!

Bible Verse About Marriage Between Man And Woman - 10 Bible Verses About Marriage
God’s Only Reason to Get Married
Most people can offer plenty of reasons for why they tied or are about to tie the knot, everything from wanting to forge a life with their best friend to raising children together and sharing common values.
But according to René and Gloria Vallières, there is just one reason to get married and that’s to have daily sex! Married for 48 years, René and Gloria Vallières will explain that this is God’s idea—not theirs—as they share the joys and challenges couples experience when they are prepared to have sex every day whenever either partner wants it. They’ll talk about why frequent sex is more important to a successful marriage than good communication, friendship or even who does the housework. Their new book, “Radical Sex: God’s Foundation for a Healthy Marriage,” is full of controversial ideas that make them terrific guests. René was a pastor in The Christian and Missionary Alliance and a teaching elder at Evangelical Fellowships in New York and Utah. Teaching adult classes on relationships for 35 years. Her book, "A Day at the Fare: One Woman's Welfare Passage," portrays that harrowing period of Pamela's life. She also talks about improving adult literacy and financial
literacy in the community.
..."While talking with friends and associates about my unanticipated employment status, I divulged a rather hush-hush part of my life. They were only familiar with the Pamela who always seemed to be doing better than okay. They were surprised to hear from me how I had once fallen into deep poverty and struggled to work my way out of it.
Each of them appeared stirred by what I had revealed, said my story inspired them, and insisted I share it. It would be helpful for other people to hear it too, they said. So I began publicly speaking, sharing my story along with practical personal strategies, and encouraging audiences to forge ahead when faced with adversity, just as I had done, rather than adopt a sense of futility.
Now hearing my audiences’ and clients’ positive responses, I know I am engaged in my right work. Finally, I am making a deeper, positive difference by using my personal experiences and communication skills to personally impact lives."

spent can be devastating. But damaged doesn't have to mean ruined. Many relationships can be repaired and even made stronger, if you can find the peaceful space within the outer turmoil where you can admit
to and honestly examine your obstacles before tackling them.
Workplace Bullies Characteristics - Recognizing The Traits Of A Workplace Bully
Medical professionals are supposed to save lives not ruin them. But according to Sharon Bahrych (pronounced Bear-rich), a 30-year-career physician assistant, medicine has a dirty little secret: bullying is
commonplace and counterproductive to patient safety. Nurses bully other nurses, physician assistants, and medical residents are bullied by their attending physicians, and people in the profession are
strongly advised to put up with physical assaults, verbal abuse, intimidation and more. Whistleblowing gets people fired. Sharon, who plans a TEDx talk on the subject, can share some of the incidents of bullying that have happened to her. She can also discuss ways the medical culture is slowly changing for the better and five things that can be done to
accelerate that process. Sharon is a physician’s assistant who trained at Baylor College of Medicine. She has a master’s in public health from the University of Texas School of Public Health.

As a former educator and administrator both in public schools and universities, Lee saw the need for a new way to teach – one that keeps that ‘intrinsic motivation’ alive from kindergarten through 12th grade. “What most parents don’t realize is that motivation is made up of both will and thrill. Are your kids working hard and loving the process?” Jenkins says, “Chances are they aren’t!” Lee Jenkins is the author of “Permission to Forget” and the upcoming “The Perfect School.”
Mind Reader – Author Jonathan Pritchard: Think Like A Mind Reader Interview
Jonathan Pritchard has traveled the world as a mentalist, mind reader, and entertainer performing for thousands of fans demonstrating feats of the mind that are simply inexplicable. He’s performed on Vegas main stages, helped levitate American astronaut Ed Lu, entertained our troops stationed overseas, appeared on national TV, consulted for Criss Angel, and more. You might think he was born naturally outgoing, but you’d be mistaken. He was painfully shy as a child growing up in a trailer in the mountains of North Carolina. He’s had to learn the lessons for success the hard way and now he wants to share his experience with you.
A couple years back he realized the psychological techniques he uses on stage are exactly the same he used off stage in his own life, business, and friendships to create a life that fit him perfectly.

Is Your Summer Fun Destroying the Planet?
Summer is a time for fun in the sun, backyard barbecues, trips to the beach and other outdoor activities. But did you know that the activities and objects we use,
purchase and enjoy in summer might actually harm the planet? According to author and environmental engineer Yasmin Davar: “Single use straws, not properly disposing of
trash, buying patio furniture made from illegally logged wood and purchasing more food than we consume can have a very negative impact on the world’s environment. If
we can all change small habits to be more environmentally friendly, this can have a positive impact on the entire planet.” Yasmin can discuss how our small, seemingly harmless habits can have a devastating impact on the planet, and how we can change this.

Everyone is tired of the 9 to 5 grind. What many business owners – and their employees – don’t realize, is that the actual workplace can be a health hazard. Even if you’re in a climate-controlled, well-lit office, hours without fresh air and natural light takes its toll.
Likewise, spending hours seated in front of a computer can strain the back and neck, causing muscle and headaches, as well as eye strain. Not only that, unrealistic expectations, toxic personalities
and sensory overload not only affects morale, but may contribute to higher employee turnover as well as lost productivity, which contributes to lost profits.
Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith will discuss ways to make the workplace a safer place, where workers are healthy, supported, and productive. Dr. Saundra’s spirited approach to life will inform, enlighten, and entertain, changing the way you and your listeners view your waking, working, and sleeping life.
Current Model Of The Atom – Atomic Biology With Tom Rogers
Students Are Being Taught Fake Science!
School may be out but the debate on what students learn in school is always in. Tom Rogers, coauthor of the new book “Darwin’s Replacement,” will argue that much of
what is taught in school science classes is fake including the theory of evolution. Rogers, who says his book was written with the input of three 2016 Noble Prize winners—plus a collection of Ph.Ds, M.D.s, independent researchers and more—will explain that evolution cannot account for the kind of super-intelligence it takes to create all living cells and life forms.
He can also explain what atomic biology is and why denying students the right to study it is fueling the epidemic of hopelessness so many young people feel today. In addition to being an author and the creator of atomic biology, Tom is an engineer and researcher who has received awards in chemistry, biology, and physics.

In a series of vivid, emotional—and sometimes gut-wrenching—stories, she illustrates how the Holocaust continues to have an impact on current and future generations. Plus, the prompts at the end of each chapter enable you to explore your own intergenerational trauma and begin your healing journey.

Author of Transcendence Calling Describes the Most Profound and Magical Experience Known to Mankind
Perhaps as few as one in 20 million people have the full kundalini rising Monique Rebelle had.
After years of struggle and several months of depression, Monique Rebelle had hit rock bottom and was about to end her life when she had an extraordinary experience — a spontaneous, complete kundalini rising. Alone in a bathroom of a house in Los Angeles she shared with strangers, tormented by being an absent parent to her daughter and in constant stress from her "starving artist" existence, Rebelle lay in a bathtub ready to get up and commit suicide. Right then she saw a slowly moving cord of lambent rainbow light that terrified her at first. The appearance of that otherworldly rainbow began the miraculous process which left her in awe and total reverence and transformed her life from desperate and lost to happy and fulfilled.
