This is a session focused on celebrating life, being alive and present, and overcoming those moments of loss, mourning, depression, sorrow, and overthinking.

You will listen to pieces that go deep into the introspection of feelings and states of the mind and being, which can be cathartic, dramatic, and even dark, but with the intention of manifesting a space to feel and acknowledge the multiple states of being, in order to bring balance.
