Isolation + Me: Where are they now? Part 3
Hellllllllllooooo again!
Back for the last installment of Isolation + Me, at least for now...
In this episode I catch up with my final two interviewees - Claudia Bedin and Maria Swisher.
Four months on and there have been some big life changes for both of them. In fact, one of them brought a new human into the world. The podcasts very own Lockdown baby!!
So kick back with a cuppa (or have a listen on a run if you're more sporty than me!) and enjoy!
Love to hear any thoughts on the series so please rate, review and share!
Be back... anon!
Keep safe!
Isolation + Me: Where are they now? Part 2
Hiyaaaaaa,
Three months on I catch up with Matty Elliott and Clara Dorrington to see how their Lockdown experience is going. Were their predictions right and has all this madness changed their perspective on anything?
If you haven't already, I'd recommend going back to when we first spoke (episodes 1 - 3) to hear their original stories.
Enjoy and don't forget to subscribe and share.
Be back soon!
Stay safe y'all!
Isolation + Me: Where are they now? Part 1
Hello hello,
Long time no see. We've now passed the 100 days of Lockdown mark, can you believe it!! So, it's time for a catch up.
In this episode it's a triple whammy as I go back to speak to previous interviewees Gillian Ford, Elisa Canas and Christopher Brooks to see what they've been up to over the last three months.
If you haven't already, I'd recommend going back to when we first spoke (episodes 1 - 3) to hear their original stories.
Enjoy and don't forget to subscribe and share.
Be back soon!
Isolation + Me: Esh Alladi
'Ello 'ello 'ello!
In this bonus episode I speak to Actor AND Doctor, Esh Alladi.
You can imagine he's been somewhat busy during this period so I'm extra happy to have some of his time and of course, thoughts. Before Lockdown Esh never seemed to be off our stages and screens, appearing in Casualty, EastEnders and on The Globe theatre (to name a few) so turning his talents back to A+E has been quite a shift for him.
Esh is open, honest and funny. The perfect combination for this podcast.
Enjoy!

Isolation + Me: Samantha Meisner-Lemon
Why hello there!
In this bonus episode we're going international again. Down Under in fact.
I'm speaking to mother and women of many careers, Samantha Meisner-Lemon. Sam lives in Sydney and fills me in on all things COVID-19 related in Australia - from the wider politics and healthcare, to her own personal experiences.
She chats about her lowlights and highlights so far and.... wait for it.... even manages to dish the dirt on me from my youthful uni days in the process.
As ever, Sam is articulate, well informed and a pleasure to speak with.
Hope you enjoy as much as I did.
Until next time! Stay safe!
Isolation + Me: Maria Swisher
Well, well much like Coronavirus Isolation + Me has very quickly gone global..!
I interview the lovely Maria Swisher, NYC based Actor & Theatre Company Director. Maria talks to me about how things are over the water and offers some reasons to stay positive. She's an articulate gal who I could honestly listen to for hours!
Check out Dirt [contained] Maria's awesome theatre company.
Stay safe!
Isolation + Me: Claudia Bedin
Ciao ciao!!
In this episode of Isolation + Me I speak to Java Developer, Claudia Bedin. On top of all the chaos it's safe to say Claudia is already going through a pretty life changing time as she's is expecting her first baby. I find out how she's coping with being pregnant during lockdown and we also speak about her family back home in Italy. Get prepared, she gives some insightful gems.
Keep staying safe and as usual, happy listening!
Isolation + Me: Matty Elliott
Well hello again!
This time on Isolation + Me I chat to Matty Elliott, Lecturer of Applied Theatre (and a pal of course!). Along with the usual personal ups and downs we also go wee bit deeper into the societal effects of COVID-19 and our opinions on how the UK government have been handling thangs.

Isolation + Me: Clara Dorrington
Hey!! And welcome back!
Today in Isolation + Me I speak to External Affairs extraordinaire Clara Dorrington. Clara was one of the first friends I made when I moved to London and even now, she's still gifting me her wise words. This time about isolation and well...you guessed it...the COVID-19 effect.
Again we delve right into the highs and of course, the lows.
Happy listening and keep staying safe y'all.
Isolation + Me: Christopher Brooks

Why hello there and welcome!
In this FIRST EVER EPISODE of Isolation + Me I speak to West End Actor, Gillian Ford. We discuss how life has changed dramatically for her over the course of the last month. Before COVID-19 hit and Lockdown fully began Gillian was part of the London West End cast of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie and now...she's getting excited about installing dado rails.
In this episode we discuss the ups and downs of isolation and if we can use this time effectively to learn something about ourselves.
