Ithaka Dreaming

Ithaka Dreaming

By Ithaka O.
A bedtime podcast for sleepless eccentrics. /// I am an insomniac. I talk about random things in a (mildly) quiet (sleepy) voice. This is not a sleep meditation podcast. In fact, it's the opposite. It's an overthinking podcast and a distraction podcast--something for people with insomnia who want to forget about the pressure to sleep. That's why it isn't over-quiet. That's why I don't whisper that you. must. sleep. Randomness shapes the core of this show. I stay on point by going off point. My theory: sleep finally arrives when one forgets about sleep.
