Its the Climate with Clair... and Jeffrey Pine

Clair and Jeff continue their podcast journey on their 3rd episode diving deep into the Integrated Vegetation Management (IVM) that the Oregon BLM is pushing. Public comment will be taken up until June 28th! Let your voice be heard. In this segment we feature our first guest voice on the podcast; our lovely friend and community member Naomi. They also explore the ideology and culture of the State of Jefferson (SOJ) to help widen the perspective and break down stereotypes of the name. 

Clair and J Pine dive into their second episode of celebrating Earth Day and the history of the holiday. They begin laying out the framework of the show introducing recurring themes, such as the "whats poppin? whats droppin?" concept as a form of phenology. They also take another look at the climate clock countdown and US drought monitor. They Dive into new conversations around Climate vs Weather, Forestry practices in Oregon and the new controversial measure on the local ballot known as Greater Idaho. 

It's the Climate with Clair and Jeffrey PIne is a conversation and inquisition into the climate literally and figuratively. In this very first pilot episode Clair and Jeff give introductions to themselves and their podcast. They dive into the basics of climate change and talk on their first awareness of the topic. They touch on solutions to the issue at hand and promote everyone to be their own scientist. This brings the idea and study of Phenology into the conversation which is rooted in studying patterns of cycles. They introduce the climate clock and their famed word merge "evacucation".
