Like a duff fire or tsunami the disaster is looming and imminent but the evidence is only detectable by those highly trained to see it. A leader who focuses on consistency when no one is looking, is a leader who has learned to find peace in any circumstance and to genuinely cope with the harsh realities which plague them, both personally and professionally. A great leader, mentor, coach, pastor, or counselor will also possess the skills to serve as an early warning beacon for those they lead. The leader will recognize the signs of a storm coming and employ tested strategies for redirection, remedy and heart healing help. Taking time to reflect, reevaluate, redress the issues of the day is not an easy assignment, however, it is your assignment as a leader.” J Loren Norris
