The Veterans Awards With Sean Molino
Welcome to The Everyday Plodcast where I share my thoughts on resettlement, mindset and motivation., most of the time whilst running but today I have a returning guest and a person is a great example of building a business after leaving the armed forces.
And that person is Sean Molino the Managing Director of Forces Fitness Ltd & Co - Founder of The Welsh Fitness Awards and The Veterans Awards
Other recent projects include employability Bootcamps working in partnership with local housing associations in England & Wales.
His programme provides attendees with the fundamentals on job search skills, career exploration, developing a positive attitude, money management and steps towards leading a healthier & happier life. Healthy body, healthy mind.
Sean says that if the military has taught him on thing it is that mental fitness Is just as important as physical fitness.
His latest project is organising The English and Welsh Military Veterans Awards which aims to reward individuals, organisations & companies that have gone above & beyond in their relevant fields.
The first of these awards will be the welsh awards on 26th June 2019 a and will be hosted by Capital FM’s Polly James. Recognising our Welsh Veterans in Business, Fitness, Sport and the wider Community.
