Tim Podlogar is an Exercise Physiologist and Performance Nutritionist for Bora Hansgrohe/Bora RedBull. Tim Is regarded as one of the smartest and most credible nutritionists in professional cycling in 2024.

Joe Dombrowski is an American former world tour rider who raced in the world tour for 11 years on some of the very best teams in the world. He rode 14 grand tours and announced his retirement at the end of January 2024. 

Megan Jastrab is an American Pro Cyclist on DSM, an Olympic Medalist and Multiple time world champion who’s also ridden the Tour de France all by the age of 22.

Ian Boswell is an American former pro who raced 7 seasons in the world tour with team Sky and Katusha Alpecin. He retired after several head injuries, then won Unbound, the unofficial gravel world championships while working a normal job at Wahoo.

Peter Leo is an Austrian sports scientist and head scientist for the Australian Cycling team. Peter also works with the Jayco Alula mens and womens world tour team.

His responsibilities are sports science for the Australian institute of sport leading into the 2024 Paris Olympic games and he’s responsible for road, track and mountain biking.

Steve Neal is a Canadian coach with more than 30 years of experiance working with mountain bike, road cyclists and XC skiers.

Where he stands out the most from other coaches is his attention to Respiratory Training and Testing.

Dries De Pooter is a 21 year old Belgian rider in his second year in the world tour with Intermarche Wanty

Mathew Hayman is an Aussie who was pro for 20 years in Europe between 2000 and 2019. He is now a Sports director on Jayco Alula (the mens Greenedge Aussie World Tour Team)

Ide Schelling is a Dutch pro on Astana who spent his first 4 years pro on Bora Hansgrohe and wore the polka dot jersey at the Tour De France for the first week in the 2021 edition.

Cesare Benedetti is an Italian/Polish world tour professional cyclist on Bora Hansgrohe. He’s been a rider on the team for 15 years, won a stage of the Giro and was part of the team which won the Giro in 2022. He’s one of the best and most experienced support riders in the world tour.

Matt White was the head sports director of the Greenedge men’s world tour team. He’s now the Director of High Performance and Racing, overseeing all 4 teams including the men’s and women’s world tour as well as the development teams.

Everyone knows AJ from her incredible dance videos but did you know she lived in a tent for 4 years while trying to make it as a cyclist? AJ's one of Canada's best female cyclists and we finally got to share all kinds of wild stories from her time at the Olympics, her first years in Europe on some wild teams and what its like to spend the winters training in North America while living in a tent. We ran out of time before we ran out of stories so hopefully this is just part 1. Thanks AJ! 

Harry Sweeney is in his second year in the world tour with Lotto Soudal. We recorded this episode in Livigno where we both are for altitude training camps. Great conversation and plenty of laughs from what it took for him to make it from Aus to the big leagues in Europe, the how to's of altitude training, racing in the world tour and setting yourself up in Europe.

Jani had a long career at the very top of the sport, winning the Dauphine, top 10 in the Tour de France and being teammates with some of the all time greats in cycling. Toms is a world tour pro in his 5th year with Trek Segafredo. Toms raced for various French Continental teams for 3 years before coming to North America where he raced for the Hincapie team for 2 seasons then turned pro with Cannondale Drapac after some amazing seasons in the North American scene. Toms then moved to Trek from Cannondale where he's been since and is now in his 7th season in the world tour. 

Jan and I were teammates in 2019 on Leopard. He raced for Leopard through till the end of the 2021 season and for 2022 is on Bike Exchange - Jayco, making it to the world tour at 26 years old.
