Trying Nils Van Der Poels Training method. It Works. Kinda. Free Content from How To Become A Pro Cyclist.
I tried Nils Van Der Poels threshold season training method but altered it a bit to make it more into a game. It worked. I did it at an altitude camp and after, I broke almost all my power records but I still don't think it's a good idea for road cycling.
