Grace is something that has to be learned to do for yourself like learning how to walk. When we are babies our parents teach us to walk by holding our hands or putting us in a walker to strengthen and exercise our legs.

This strengthening and exercise allows us to build the confidence in to one day walking without assistance.This is the same with grace. To me honest I practice daily giving myself self grace. When you think of the word grace it seems simple.

Ha , neither the act nor the impact is simple.

When you begin to master the act of the practice it becomes a priceless tool in being a better you.

It dawned on me to call it We all deserve grace and mercy.

Why?
