Trauma, Relationships, and Nervous System Care  

Anxious and avoidant attachment styles, created by dysfunctional and toxic relationship role models, have set the scene for what is now a society that runs on high trauma.  We have become so resilient (desensitized) that we are often desensitized from our body's innate safety signal system.  In this episode of phat chats, we discuss the role that cortisol plays in our sex life and our ability to relate to each other.  Melissa chats about men's sexual health and together we crack open the much-needed discussion about how we can begin to resensitize and shift into integrated men and radiant women who are fully owning who we are living an exciting, sexy, and pleasure filled life!
