151: The Best Time to Buy a Home is Almost Here...
Fall is around the corner. If you're looking to buy a home, September through October is typically the best time to buy a home (especially in the Northeast) because: 1. There's less buyers 2. More homes on the market

150: You Only Have 42,048,000 Minutes...
There are 42,048,000 minutes in 80 years. There's 2 ways to look at this number:
1. It's not a lot of time
2. It is a lot of timeI think looking at it from either of these perspectives can be beneficial.
Which path will you choose?

149: How I Got Into Sales
Being in sales has been an eye opening experience thus far. I'm still so new to it too. Sales is one of the greatest life skills you can learn. It teaches you how to read people, handle rejection, better understand yourself, how to communicate better, and much more. This is the story of how I found myself entering the sales industry as a real estate agent.

148: The 8 Life Events That Requires People to Buy or Sell Real Estate No Matter the Market
There are 8 life events that requires people to buy or sell real estate no matter the real estate market. A recession, mortgage rates at 15%, inflation, etc, doesn't get in the way of these 8 life events.
Life events 1-8: 1. New job/promotion 2. Family 3. Retirement 4. Lifestyle changes 5. Family size 6. Divorce 7. Death 8. Economic shifts Even with constant negativity surrounding the real estate market right now, these 8 life events will always occur, which leads to people buying and selling real estate, no matter the market.

147: Why 90% of Real Estate Agents Fail
90% of real estate agents fail within the first few years of being in business. The reasons why are quite simple: they're not persistent. New real estate agents don't realize how much work it takes to be an agent. You constantly have to be on the phone calling leads and clients. It is far from easy.
With the changing housing market in the United States, this statistic will become even more prevalent. This market is going to be rough for a few years for agents. It will be too difficult for a lot of agents to handle. And this is why so many others will drop out of the industry in the next 6-12 months.

146: Fall 2022 Housing Market Forecast - Here's What the Data Shows
The housing market typically follows a similar trajectory year after year, and the fall 2022 housing market forecast is no different. Housing inventory declines leading up to Labor Day weekend, then increases following the long holiday weekend for about a month.
After the initial increase, inventory begins to trickle downwards again as we head into the winter months here in the northeast. If you're a buyer and looking for a home right now, then this next month or so will be your best opportunity to find a home before spring of next year. So get out there and look at some homes and put some offers in.

145: The Story Behind Mountainside Bakery & Cafe In Princeton MA with Katherine Huck
This was an awesome episode to do with my good friend Katherine Huck. She is a co-owner of Mountainside Bakery & Cafe in Princeton MA. We chatted about the beginnings of the bakery, why she decided to open a bakery in the first place, her past careers, the biggest risk she's taken, the DCR agreement with Massachusetts, and more.
If you've never been to this bakery (Wachusett Mountain Superintendent's House) on Wachusett Mountain in Central Mass, you're missing out! The views are beautiful, the drive is beautiful, and you can even see Boston down the road on sunny days! You won't regret going here for the food/drinks or just checking out the atmosphere. It will become a favorite for you.

144: How Real Estate Has Changed w/ Heather Witalisz
Had a fun time recording this episode with my good friend Heather. We had some good conversations throughout this episode that I think people can get value from. We talked about real estate and the New England Patriots, what gets Heather out of bed in the morning, a great place to buy a home in western Massachusetts, and more.
The audio and video quality is slowly getting better. Bear with me!

I'm so excited for this podcast the rest of 2022. This is the first guest episode and I am pleased to be joined by Mat Tolman, owner of Tolman Insulation and Home Improvement in Barre MA. We talked a lot about his earliest days in the construction business, his business stories, what his team/clients mean to him and more.
Bear with me during this episode. The audio is not perfect but I promise it will get better in future episodes.

Episode 142: A Message About 2022
I'm pumped for 2022. I haven't been this prepared for a year in my life. I have a better strategy for planning and executing my goals than I did in the previous years (that's what happens from trial and error and learning). Hope this episode can cast a light on what you need to do this year. Let's have an amazing year!

Episode 141: How I Went Viral on TikTok
December 12th was the start of potentially something great. It was the day I finally had a viral video. As I described in the episode, it was one of those moments where it doesn't feel like it can happen to you, but it actually does. There was a part of me that thought I would never see the 99+ notification number in my TikTok inbox. But there was another part of me that thought it would happen one day.
It's just a super exciting time for me because it's something I've been working towards for year's and it finally happened.
I hope you enjoyed this episode! Let me know what you think of it!
Episode 140: Revealing My OCD Diagnosis...
This episode was a long time coming for me. I've wanted to do this episode for awhile but I just couldn't come around to it. But finally I came around to it. It took awhile for me to feel comfortable doing this. There's other people like me out there who struggle with OCD unknowingly. And no, OCD is not just that you're a clean freak. It's a hell of a lot deeper than that as I talk about in this episode. Your mental health comes before anything else. Ask for help, there's so many people that love you and would be glad to help ❤️
Update Regarding Next Episode
Episode 139: The Thing NOT to do in Marketing and Sales
In this episode I talk about the thing not to do in marketing and sales. My biggest issue is with LinkedIn in regards to this topic. If you have a LinkedIn then I'm sure you have received messages that follow the same format for each message. Looking to connect with someone in your industry, here's how their product/service can 10x your sales/leads, let's hop on a quick call. The end.

Episode 134: Social Media is Amazing But Toxic
This is one of my personal favorite episodes to date. I talk about why I love social media and also why I believe it is so toxic. Social media is one of those things where you can either follow positive or negative content. It really is your choice. The second part of the episode I get super passionate about why I consider Instagram a "highlight reel" and why it's not healthy.

Episode 133: Why is Self Discipline So Important?
In this episode I talk about how self discipline is one of the most important skills a person can have, if not the most important skill to have. Self discipline allows you to do things when you're feeling unmotivated and ultimately get shit done. With this skill, there's nothing you won't be able to accomplish.
P.S. I'm curious as to how the audio sounds. This is my third episode using this microphone and I would love to know if the audio sounds normal/crisp. Let me know!
Episode 132: Contacts = Contracts
Episode 131: Get Out of Your Comfort Zone
Getting out of your comfort zone is extremely difficult. It's scary to do something that we're not used to doing. That's why we stay in our comfort zone. Things that scare us make us want to stay where we are because we don't want anything negative to happen to us. But all of us have been outside of our comfort zone at some point in time. And you know what? If we did it once, we can do it again.
So, in this episode I discuss the benefits to getting out of your comfort zone and why you need to be doing it. I hope you enjoy this episode and get some value out of it!
P.S. I know this episode isn't perfect. There are some kinks that I need to work out going forward.
