Your actions create your results. Your results are your reality. Your reality doesn’t have anything to do with anyone else’s experience because everyone can only create their own reality with their thoughts and feelings and actions. Your brain proves all of your thoughts true. Whatever thoughts you choose to believe, will become your reality because your brain will find evidence for that thought. Your brains job is t to help you, but to prove thoughts true. Your job is to choose the thoughts that you want your Brian to find evidence for- that will become your reality.

The lasting way to make changes in your life is to change from the worlds view which is muster up a ton of self discipline and take some action, then get a result which will make you feel better. This view is not a lasting way to make any changes. We only have so much will power to continue on like this. We are just beginning to discover what feelings and emotions are. An emotion or feeling is what is felt in the body after you think a thought and the brain releases chemicals and hormones into the body. Your body was made to be able to handle ANY feeling and emotion. Everything you desire in life is because of a feeling you think it will give you. The worst thing that will ever happen to you is a feeling that you will feel. We create feelings to fuel our actions or inactions.
