This is where we talk about the Urantia Book, the fifth epochal revelation of truth given to mankind in the 20th Century.
The Urantia Book presents a philosophy of spiritual and historical truths and there is a wide area of topics covered, including religious history, physical evolution, and the fourth section of the Urantia papes the life and teachings of Jesus.
We welcome all faiths. The Urantia revelation is read by people all over the world, in many languages and from many denominations. We stress unity of belief and share in the respect of religious dignity.
George Parks takes on a journey across the universe and explains why the astronomy in the Urantia Book can point us exactly to where we can find Paradise, the home of our universal Creator and Heavenly Father.
We catch up with Dr. Philip Calabrese, PhD in Mathematics and Urantia Book researcher, as we discuss advanced Urantia Book concepts that portend recent discoveries.
Originally broadcast on Urantia Radio from 2019.
From the archives going back to 2014, we spoke to Chris about his efforts to connect with other Urantia groups throughout the world..
Some of the conferences have passed, but it's fascinating to hear how other countries and cultures embrace the new revelation of the Urantia Book.
These are great sections of the Urantia book that mostly anyone can read that would get them interested if they are into knowing this kind of revelatory information.
1 - Paper 1, section 1 The Father's Name.
However, this might by overly religious for many people who aren’t quite prepared to take the big step. Approach with caution.
2. Paper 62:6 and 7 - Planetary Mortal Epochs
This is good for people who love history and can comprehend some level of evolutionary progression as being the 'end game' of the human species.
3 - Paper 63 - The First Human family
There is a ring of truth to this paper. Even if you never read another paper you will have felt as if you have had a glimpse into the very first human life of two people who are really, our parents.
4 - Paper 74 - Adam and Eve
Most people are familiar with the story so it is a good entry point. It happened to be the first paper I read and it convinced me to buy the book.
5 - Paper 84 - Marriage and Family Life
You really get a rich appreciation of how hard things really were back then. There is a such a ring of credibility from this paper you get the sense who ever wrote them where either there, or had eyewitness accounts. Great insight into early human behavior, nonetheless.
6 - Paper 111 - The Adjuster and the Soul
You really learn a lot about yourself in these papers if you have ever given thought to real meaning in life and your purpose. It will have you thinking for sometime afterward, which makes it all of the more intriguing.
7. Paper 113- Personality Survival
Need I say more?
8. Paper 122:8 - The Star of Bethlehem
We all know the story, but this one can actually be confirmed.
9. Paper 139 - The 12 Apostles
Many have remarked that the description of the Apostles in this paper convinced them of the authenticity of the Urantia Book, even Dr. William Sadler as well as Dr. Meredith Sprunger.
10. Paper 195:5 and 6
To me the most chilling and sober message is contained in these several sections of paper 195. They are both prophetic as well cautionary. If we choose secularism as the primary ideology driving human progress then there will be much pain and suffering..

Abraham is the father of monotheism in the world, and it was through the One-God concept that Man could have a personal approach to God. All world religions were up-stepped by this concept. over the last four-thousand years. Abraham is the Father of Judaism, the basis of Christian teachings as they have survived today, and of Islam.
And so it is fitting that this Peace Accord between Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain should be named after this one-time Hebrew of Sumerian extraction to whom we give tribute in this edition of the Urantia Radio Podcast.
Tough question. But in the end it is about sharing truth on a level where the person you are talking to is receptive to what you are telling them.
The lessons of Jesus are talked about here on this edition of the Urantia Radio Podcast.
I this episode we discuss the ancients civilization of Dalamatia and what might have been the course for humanity as detailed in Paper 50 of the Urantia Book. A lost civilization, but remnants that still survive today, and perhaps insight as to why we always look for superheros to save us from destruction.
What might have been also explains why things today are the way they are today on this crazy planet we call home.
In this podcast we look at why the Revelators say evolution calls for different colored races to evolve and what contributions are made by having this diversity.
Also included in the discussion, from UB Paper 51:4, is a detailed look at our historical roots of slavery. from the revelators covering the last few thousand years.
It's a sobering explanation of why certain conflicts continue in modern times.
In this heartfelt episode I wanted so much to share with you a recent profound experience I had when thinking about the Spirit of Truth that Jesus gave to humanity after his resurrection. The concept itself is worth exploring on this episode of The Urantia Radio podcast.

With all of the discussion about voting, one wonders is there is a spiritual template from which we can draw to give us guidance on the best way to elect our leaders, those who we give to rule over us? The answer is yes, and
The Urantia Book not only tells how they vote in heaven, but also, how one progressive nation on a another world deals with the issue of suffrage. Maybe it's time for the music to change for us for us to consider better ways to make sure every vote counts!
Interesting ponderings on this episode of the Urantia Radio Podcast.

I came up with seven possible explanations for why the Revelators decided to provide humanity with an epochal revelation with highly spiritual concepts, historically expansive and revealed new truth, a level of unprecedented philosophical insight never before presented to a humanity that is quite possibly about to enter a dark spiritual age.
Why did they do it?
Let's delve into that question and maybe we can figure out why the Revelators (our unseen spiritual friends) did a 'mic-drop-moment' in the form of a 2,000 page revelation that could change humanity forever.
In this podcast episode we look at an extraordinary event that occurred in 2017 that could have marked the beginning of a 7-year period of intense global spiritual testing. Why? Because the coincidences are far too great to ignore.
Let's explore what happened and what it might mean between now and 2024.
Read the original article here:
Mind is your ship, the Adjuster is your pilot, the human will is captain.
The master of the mortal vessel should have the wisdom to trust the divine pilot to guide the ascending soul into the morontia harbors of eternal survival.
Only by selfishness, slothfulness, and sinfulness can the will of man reject the guidance of such a loving pilot and eventually wreck the mortal career upon the evil shoals of rejected mercy and upon the rocks of embraced sin.
With your consent, this faithful pilot will safely carry you across the barriers of time and the handicaps of space to the very source of the divine mind and on beyond, even to the Paradise Father of Adjusters (your spirit).
Pastor and author Dr. Stephen Finlan joins us to talk about his new book Salvation Not Purchased (Cascade Books) which looks at how the idea of Jesus paying a ransom is actually incompatible with Jesus teachings of love and mercy and true salvation, and why this doctrine has survived as a crucial, yet contradictory part of Christian teachings for over 2,000 years.

On this podcast we explore the afterlife and how it is described and its purpose, and five things every human being wants to know that the Urantia Book explains, including
1. Life on other worlds is common, we are not alone
2. The universe is administered to by highly spiritual and loving beings whom we we will meet someday, including those loved ones who passed on.
3. We, as a society, are supposed to be progressing towards universal peace and goodwill, it is our destiny as a species because we are indwelt by Deity for that purpose. Hence the mandate in the Bible, "Be you perfect, even as I am perfect."
4. That Jesus really was a high order Son - the literal Son of God, who came to live as a mortal man for the specific and planned purpose of revealing new truth to humanity about God’s nature, but that his message got absorbed by a lot of different religions that pushed his teachings into several different directions. But that his entire life is of record - and is now accessible.
5. That there is an afterlife and each of us have equal standing in being able to be a part of that afterlife, but that our choices here now, do matter, not so much with our survival, which we receive through faith, but with our own inner growth.
In this podcast we discuss the reason we have a podcast about the Urantia Book. What is revelation and why is it important for people to know about it? Can knowing the truth about reality (the whole truth) make a difference for humanity?
For example, science looks at Mind as being nothing more than an electronic response mechanism devoid of real purpose; the Revelation teaches us that mind is a force that moves throughout reality and actually binds us together. How do these two opposing views affect humanity's perception of reality?
This episode is about a superior philosophy known as Mota, from Paper 48 in the Urantia revelation.
Mota is a form of spiritual philosophy that encompasses the spiritual life that exists within physical creation. In the Morontia life, we will gain Mota insight.
"The highest attainable philosophy of mortal man must be logically based on the reason of science, the faith of religion, and the truth insight afforded by revelation. By this union man can compensate somewhat for his failure to develop an adequate metaphysics and for his inability to comprehend the mota of the morontia." 103:6.15
In our religious history Immanuel is connected to Jesus, but there is so much more to the story of this incredible personality who literally "God With Us."
Let's explore this Son of ancient history, of ancient times in Scripture who "hails from Paradise."
Lot's of discussion about Race, and this episode is inspired by a personal letter from a listener.
How do we interpret the current racial issues in the U.S and other western society against the backdrop of time? The Urantia revelators offers incredible insight which we discuss at length.

Relevant information from the revelation is the topic of discussion on this latest episode the Urantia Radio Podcast.
The Urantia Book tells us about Ratta, the woman who married the first son of Adam, and we learn about her contributions to the world some 35 thousand years ago during the early days of the spread of the Adamites.
It's a wonderful story of a person whom time has forgotten, but whose journey and impact is explored on the pages of the Urantia revelation.
There is a lot of talk these days about Liberty; Our nation's Liberty, liberty itself and what it means for the individual. What are our rights? where do they come from, and what is the difference between true and false liberty? Is there such a thing?
In this episode we examine some kernels of truth we gleam from Paper 54 of the Urantia Book. The greatest example of the difference between true and false liberty, we learn, is from "the rebellion," or 'war in heaven', depicted in the Old Testament., but also in the revelation itself.
Ask yourself this as you listen to this episode. In today's culture where do you see people abusing liberty?
In episode we consider the ideal government and the current ideological struggle between Civilization-States and Nation-States. What is the difference and what guidance does the Urantia Book give in figuring out what the best path is for humanity moving forward.
In this episode there really is a clear path and its right under our noses.

With all of the pandemic and rioting going on it's hard not to be anxious about life. But when we read Paper 70 chapters 9 to 12 of the Urantia Book the Revelators explain to us in great detail why we are going through this and how we came to this place to begin with.
Where do our Laws come from? how do we decide justice? Why do we even have institutions of Law? What signs can we observe to tell us if we, as a society, are headed in the right direction?
There is one nugget of incredible revelation given to us which I will reveal in this podcast episode. It might just blow your mind, but it will certainly make you think and ad perspective. Enjoy this week's podcast!

We look at the early history and compare to where we are today and what great achievements we have made in spreading new truth to mankind.
In this episode we read excerpts from the UB Paper 195 section 8 where it talks about the current age and what to expect if we continue to embrace secularism.
Its a healthy discussion about what kind of government we want and what forces are at work against God and God-consciouisness.
In this short discussion we look at several key points that Perfect Horizons Institute founder Professor Chris Halvorson makes (in 2016, no less) about a more philosophical approach to the Urantia revelation.
To Chris's credit, he brings several ideas worth exploring, including the difference between fact and truth and how it applies to introducing others to the revelation.
P.S., kudos to anyone who can tell me where I got the music at the end.

In this podcast we look at three subjects, the first is the premise of the Urantia Book and why it is the world's most logical belief system, then we delve into the new phenom Billie Eilish and how she symbolizes the nihilism of modern youth, and lastly, how the spiritual message of life somehow gets lost until someone like Kobe Bryant loses his life prematurely. Let's discuss.
In this podcast, we look at dominant world cultures and the role religion plays in the modern age. Sadly, the light of truth seems barely burning.

In this episode we conclude our four-part series giving a summation, and cursory introduction to the four parts that make up the Urantia Book.
Part four deals exclusively with the life and teachings of Jesus. We discuss some of the details found in this section, the people and events that never made it in scripture, but also portray the rich and important factors of Jesus life as a son of man, and how the fourth part of the book brings to a conclusion the underlying premise of the first three parts of the Urantia Book, which is that we are loved by our Creator and we are ascendant children of a spiritual creator who has a divine pln, as shown in the life of his bestowal Son, Jesus of Nazareth.
In the third of our four-part series we learn the history of our world, beginning with the beginnings of our sun, the beginnings of our solar system, the beginnings of life itself; the early beginnings of history, of mankind, and an exhaustive history lesson of our cultures, traditions, religious history, racial history, evolutionary development, and lastly, our future.
The 3rd section of the Urantia Book is also more exhaustive than the previous 2 parts, which means we learn much more about our immediate future and also, the spiritual economy of our "unseen" friends of the spiritual world.
In part 2 of our four-part series, we provide a brief overview of what the revelation says in part two of the book, which covers the personalities, places and events which make up our local universe of creation.
This is a look at Christs' domain as a Sovereign Creator Son, who rules his vast local Universe of which we are apart. This podcast explores the process by which our universe came into existence, and of keen interest, what the revelation says about our eternal adventure ahead as ascendant mortals.
A four-part series that looks at each part of the Urantia Book and provides a summary introduction and overview for new readers as well as people who are just curious about the Urantia Book.
In this episode we examine Part 1, the Central and seven primary (super galactic) universes and how creation is structured relative to the central universe of Havone, which surrounds God’s home, the Isle of Paradise. All of this presented against the backdrop of the divine relationships that exist among Gods' first generation of divine offspring, these higher spirit and material personalities who serve in the expansion of the Supreme Being.
In this segment we explore the timing of the Urantia revelation. What was happening when the Revelators' began to assemble the papers?
Plus, what would a Second Coming look like? Here's one scenario that will make you scratch your head.
Every once in awhile it's good to hit the reset button and explain the reason why we do this podcast, and what makes it the most unique podcast on the planet. This is the only podcast dedicated to sharing a spiritual and historical revelation of new truth given to mankind. It doesn't get more powerful than this.
Let's talk about the state of the world, the influences and challenges facing us and what the Urantia Book offers to a world in danger of losing its soul.
In this episode we examine several new scientific studies that indicate the universe is an elliptical creation and all creation is moving in unison. Is this true? How does the Urantia Book explain creation and is it consistent with these new discoveries? You'll be surprised at just how accurate the revelation was in describing the cosmos.
In this episode I explore the basic teachings about God we find in the Urantia revelation.
The truth is there are thousands of pages are dedicated to helping us understand the nature and plan of the universal Creator of all things, but if you boil it down to the 10 most important things people should know, that's the subject of this insightful podcast.
In this Profile segment we take a closer look at the story of Cain and Abel, the two sons of Adam and Eve and the so-called Fall of Man, We also explore the many lessons from one of humanity's oldest tragedies.
It is the defining question for humanity. Having an answer to this question, the question of eternal life that makes sense has long eluded us, even though most religions say there is heaven and we go there.
But what does that even mean?
Let's discuss what Paper 47 & 48 in the Urantia Book has ot say about this subject. It could be the most fascinating 10 minutes you'll have today, and certainly give you pause to consider....
In this brief summation, we look at ten specific things the Urantia Book authors claim in 1942 that at the time were not known or confirmed by science, but have since, proved correct.
Call it 'scientific prophecy' to correctly take a scientific position prior to its confirmation and be correct. Being right means your claims of being a 'revelation' are validated with each new confirmation.
These are just a few among hundreds of validations found in the Urantia Book, examples of the wide scope of information contained in the revelation. Fascinating stuff if you like astronomy and earth history.
70 million people had a spiritual revival in China between 1992 and 1999. Do you think the world is ready for a spiritual revival?
In this episode we discuss one that actually happened that no one seemed to notice.
Meanwhile, in the West, we are going in the opposite direction, and now we have to use the G word.
What is the G Word? Listen to find out.
We explore the basic question: what is life about and what does God want from us?
Oddly, we find the answer in Paper 31 of the Urantia Book where it talks about the future of new creation - and our possible role as "ascenders." in this ever-expanding creation.
Enjoy this brief, but thoughtful pondering of our eternal assignment, "if you choose to accept it."
What is the connection between the rise in mental illness and the lessening influence of religion in society? Is there a connection between a strong spiritual outlook and mental illness? Can one offset the other, and if so, is the lack of belief in modern life making the world sick.
You already know the answer, so join us for this provocative discussion this time on the Urantia Radio Podcast.
In this episode we take the concept of The Trinity and apply it to relationships in reality.
My hope is that this concept opens the door to a better understanding the spiritual nature of the universe and the relationships found in creation.
My feelings about Trinity? If simple math fundamentals can help us to understand advanced concepts in physics, then understanding the Trinity helps us to conceptualize God's living universe., his creation.
Let's give her a spin, shall we.?
In this episode we profile John the Baptist and look at John from a unique perspective.
This is the human story of the Nazarite priest who fulfilled his destiny - but not without some tragedy that serves as a lesson to all of us.
It is the definitive story of faith and courage for perhaps one of the greatest prophets to ever live..
The first human to teach religious and spiritual truths was named Onagar, and in this brief recital we learn about this unique human being who traveled the Caspian Sea teaching about the 'Breath Giver' and the 'Great Beyond' in those ancient and long-forgotten times.
Part of our series highlighting unique characters from the Urantia Book.
In this episode and on the heels of the U.S. Democratic Presidential Debate, we discuss leadership, democracy, and especially, the clear roadmap we have been given (in UB Paper 71), which not only tells us how to sustain a great democracy, but also outlines the dangers of poor leadership.
In this candid and sometimes brutally honest episode we talk about the conditions that may have brought about this revelation. Our "unseen friends" are doing what they can to move humanity along more spiritual lines of evolution, but we don't seem to be getting the message.
What is it about humanity that keeps us belligerent and unwilling to embrace spiritual growth. And what happens when we don't? Let's discuss.
Can you believe in Science and still have Faith, or are these two subjects mutually exclusive?
In this episode we take a cue from UB Paper 65 and tackle the challenge of reconciling Faith with Science with a brief discussion of how these subjects became at odds with one another.
As an epilogue to the previous episode (Episode 44) , this segment deals with the very real struggle now taking place between the great world powers. Who wins determines our immediate fate, but is God on our side?
In this episode we look at UB Paper 50 on the different planetary stages all evolving worlds go through, and specifically, where we are in our own developmental stage, what the future holds for us in the stages ahead.
In this episode we look at the encroaching spectre of atheism, communism and what the future portends for humanity. if these ideologies become dominant in the near future. What will that world look like, and have we been warned y the Revelators of the Urantia Book.
Paper 52 of the Urantia Book tells us man goes through different stages of development over hundreds of thousands of years.
In this episode we discuss the stage we are currently experiencing and how each age is marked by the appearance of a new revelation of truth.
What is our next step? What can we expect in the age to come and what does the future look like in terms of the growth?
This episode is dedicated to the millions of our "unseen friends" who toil on our behalf in this world.
Finally, a book comes along and actually tells us what they do.!
Here is a 7 minute recap detailing some of the things that occupy our seraphic helpers, according to the Urantia revelation
An inside look at how the modern science narrative of human evolution seems to be agreeing with the Urantia Book narrative on how we evolved over time.. In this episode we explore the differences and the similarities between the two narratives. You can decide which one makes more sense.
Today two great forces seek to dominate the earth (and the future). To this we ask, Is God a Communist or a Capitalist? Which of these ideologies are more in line with divine principles as we would know them. How does God want mankind to live and under what kind of system? It matters because the answer determines what forces will ultimately triumph.
For the answer, we look at what drives each ideology, and what Paper 71 (The Development of the State) from the Urantia Book says about the 'ideal statehood' for mankind.
In this episode we explore the history of climate fear and how those fears have evolved over time.
Because Part 3 of the Urantia Book (Earth's history) provides so much context as to what actually drives climate change, this podcast explores the real dangers of climate fear, and how we should address the real climate issues at hand.
A unique approach to be sure, but one worth exploring on this edition of Urantia Radio.
Numbers can sometimes help us understand patterns and space, how things are constructed and arranged.
In this segment we explore the fascinating numbers in the Urantia Book and as they relate to reality.
Are there certain numbers that are special, and what about space itself, can numbers help us understand just how big God's universe really is?
Every once in awhile it is good to hit the refresh button and remind ourselves of why we are here and what we hope to achieve. This episode reintroduces the purpose behind the podcast and what exciting topics you can expect to hear about as we share and study the fifth epochal revelation.
In recent weeks we hear about the pushback by some against prayer in schools, at events and government board meetings. Who is against prayer and what does it say about a society when we become antagonistic towards something that is spiritually uplifting? Let's meditate on this matter on this edition of Urantia Radio.
If you gave me a microphone and the world stage for 15 minutes, what would I say about the world and why do I think the Urantia Revelation can help.
(p.s., Bonus question: Why was Elvis used to end this week's podcast segment?)
The Science community has recently ramped up its theory that the dinosaurs were killed off by an asteroid 65 million years ago, but the Urantia Book presents a slightly more radical idea that has real merit. and it could just rock the world of archeology and world history, and it's all about this substance called Iridium.
In this episode we look at the differences and similarities between core Christian teachings and those of the Urantia Book. The purpose is to illustrate the key differences between the two and why they matter to those who think the Urantia Book is an offshoot of Christianity.
In this podcast we discuss whether social media is an effective tool to help spread the Urantia Book and its teachings. Will social media yield a good harvest or will it confuse people and allow others to misrepresent the revelation?
In this episode of Urantia Radio we look at the reason some may be leaving the church.
Are the Nones growing, and why are they Nones.? Is church exodus being politicized, or is religion losing its appeal, and why?
To answer these questions we look to the Urantia Book to see what might behind the increase in non-attendance.
The Urantia Book offers prophecy of our times in paper 195, as it warns us of the impending times when secular totalitarianism rules. In this episode, we look at one particular section (195:8) and how the timeline seems to be playing itself out. The question is, what's next?
In this segment we examine a new report commissioned by the British Government. There is, occurring in modern times, a Christian genocide.
The details of this report are shocking. What's more shocking? Western media is ignoring it because of something called "Post Colonial Guilt."
Founder of UBtheNews.com and UBAnnotaded.com Halbert Katzen talks about his work and an unusual coming-together of events that portend of a prophetic appearance by a divine Son, in the year 2021 . This interview will send chills down your spine as Hal fills us in the details..
Faith vs Science, Materialism vs. Spirituality as a foundation for society, what happens next and what does each world look like.?
That's what we discuss this time on Urantia Radio. Inspired by Paper 195 from the Urantia Book which talks about the modern dilemma of secular humanism and its social repercussions.
The UBTheNews.com founder has been hard at work introducing the Urantia Book to academia by assimilating research projects that validate Urantia Book science. Halbert Kazten has a wonderful knowledge of the Urantia Book and we talk about the culture within the growing community in this candid interview.
How we connect as students of the revelation is significant for these times. There have been past revelations, but now we are in the space age. This podcast explains why these are such exciting times for the revelation as our dots become ever-more connected.
Marty Sampson of the Christian Rock Group Hillsong United is calling it quits with the Church, and he is a big time celeb.
David French of National Review says its because the Christian Church isn't preparing its flock for the outside world, but I have a different perspective, this time up on Urantia Radio.
Persecution in the 21st Century is shocking and echoes what we saw in Germany and Russia during the early part of the 20th Century,
How do we fight back? What happens if we don't? What wisdom can we glean from the Urantia Book?
It is not often the fifth epochal revelation gets a shot on a major radio program like Howard Stern on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio. But it happened and we talk about Howards reaction and the approach Sal takes to explain to Howard the basic principles of the Urantia book. Sal did great job, and Howard's questions serve a purpose by showing us how we all need to find "entry points" when explaining the book to people who might be searching for greater meaning in life.
Dr. William Sadler, the primary liason who introduced the Urantia Papers, responds to criticism (by clergy) that the UB doesn’t offer anything revelatory. Thus, Sadler came up with at least 64 original concepts only found in the Urantia revelation.
In this short segment, we explore the intellectual approach to religion, living your faith, as it were, as you live the daily experience of life. Much of this approach is derived from paper 100 of the Urantia Book on Religion in Human Experience..
Joshua Harris, a celebrity of major influence within the Christian Church renounces his faith, making big news, but also highlighting a trend in Christian disenchantment. In this episode we look at what is turning people off about the church, and what we can learn from the past.
On this edition of Highlights we examine the challenges that have always faced teachers of truth, whether it was the early Abrahamic teachings of Monotheism, or the Apostles of Jesus, the challenge is always the same: How do we find our 'point of entry' when introducing people to new truth?
From the archives, United Church of Christ Minister, Urantia Book pioneer the late Dr. Meredith J Sprunger gives a tremendously powerful lecture on the mission of the Urantia Book, as well as commentary of the state of humanity at this time in history.
Highlights is a commentary program where we examine certain teachings of the Urantia Book and how they relate to current events or cultural issues. This week we look at the role of religion in modern life. Does the term itself need redefining? We talk about this on this weeks' Highlights.
