Episode 132, I talk with the brothers, Alejandro and Cesar Acuna of the band, Malacc. We talk about the past band of theirs and how they first picked up instruments and learned to play music, then put a band together and go start to play shows live. We then get into what type of music the brothers got into and what did they eventually like as far as metal music. Episode 127, I meet and talk with artist, Jen Brackett about her artwork that she paints and well as pinstriping that she is learning about. Episode 126, I talk with the vocalists, Sam and Michael, from the Joliet, IL local band, Trust In The Serpent! I get to know these guys and get an idea of what they are doing with this new band. New members and a new sound from Sam's past band and they are ready to come up with more music together. They have dropped their new single, God Complex, which they describe to me what the lyrics are about. They talk about the recording process they had with Nick Nativo and The Nook Recording Studio and describe what equipment they used as well. I ask about their vocal warm-ups which are two different ways with each of the guys, and then I ask about the future ideas with this band. He does reviews of Haunted Houses and attractions all around the world! He and I chat about how he got started with Haunted Kid and how he came up with this idea in the first place. I find out that it's more than just him doing the reviews when he goes to these Haunts and plans on going to more of them out West to do some reviews. I ask him what he actually reviews when he goes through the Haunts and with 3 people on his team, they all have different things that each of them are looking at. Episode 123, my 4th Halloween Special episode for this month and I chat with Makeup Artist and Wig Applicator at the Arizona Opera, Mrs. Jilian Rose! I start off asking Jilian how she got into doing makeup and how she started at a Haunted House at first. I followed that with what type of training, if any, did she do to teach her. I then asked about if she remembers her first couple designs and how she cringes when she looks back at the first ones. I then ask about influences for her doing makeup and then ask about the special effect stuff she has done and the difference it is than the makeup. We also get into the equipment she uses to do her work and get into a dream customer or something that Jilian would love to do. Episode 122, my 3rd Halloween Special episode for this month and I chat with Haunted House General Manager, Derek Seltzer from the Old Joliet Haunted Prison in Joliet. I talk with Derek about all the positions he has done for Haunted Houses and how it all started for him. Episode 117, I give my story, to the best of my ability, of my time of being in the U.S. Army. I tell you how it came from High School Graduation, till the time I signed my name on that line and was picked-up from my house to be on my way to Ft. Leonard Wood, MO for basic training and then AIT. From there, I then go to my duty station at Ft. Belvoir, VA and did my time there. I then tell you about my time after the Army and what I did and shared some stories of what happened during it all and more!!!

Episode 116, I go and meet up with Rick Glatz and do a face-to-face interview recording at the Old Plank Trail Bar in Frankfort, IL so that I could get the story about Soundlab rehearsal studios in Mokena, IL.

Rick filled me in on how he opened up Soundlab, why he did it, why he chose Mokena, when it opened up, how many people he had there working for him, when did bands start doing shows there, he told me about the many changes that Soundlab took so that he could have shows there and more people could fit there, some of the bands that he remembers playing shows there, and more!!!

Episode 115, I talk with Slovenian Melodic/Technical Death Metal band, Dethrone The Corrupted! I get to know about the band, its members, and a bit about Slovenia itself. Episode 114, I talked to Dave Fajman from Smugglers Coffee about how he started the business and how he got involved with coffee and roasting. I ask what Dave did before roasting and becoming the owner of Smugglers Coffee. I then ask about what is harder, the roasting or the business side of Smugglers Coffee. I find out about the group of people working for Smugglers and the first coffee that they came up with. I find out the difference between the different coffee's they sell there. I then find out how they get the coffee sold from the business and the different states Dave has done conventions and markets at. Episode 113, I have a chat and reach Neil Thomas, all the way over at Glasgow, Scotland to talk about his band that he has created, Caustic Waves! We talk about his EP that he has put out called Full Circle and he put out on Mar 3, 2023. 6 tracks that Neil has come up with by himself that he started back in April of 2020. I ask about his musical influences, the bands he was in before doing Caustic Waves, the recording process, the music scene over in Scotland and how the Country is over there, 90s music and how it has influenced his music, doing vocal covers of songs on YouTube that were picked out, and future plans for Neil and Caustic Waves.

Episode 112, I have a Special Memorial Episode for the vocalist Trevor Strnad of The Black Dahlia Murder. I just wanted to do a Memorial for my favorite vocalists who was dealing with mental health issues and took his own life because of it. He met so much to everyone he knows and met and was on a few Podcast's talking about his own issues before he passed. I play some of my favorite songs from him and have some messages that listeners have sent me describing their own encounters with Trevor. Episode 103, I got hit up by a mutual friend who brought up Jeff's name for the Podcast so here it is! I ask Jeff about being both a barber and an artist. I find out what he turns into art and some places that he goes to get a vendor's table at some expo shows and sells his stuff there. Episode 102, I have a conversation with Mike Galati, the owner of Modest Merch Screen Printing. I find out all about Modest Merch Printing and we also talk about skateboarding. I found out when and how Modest Merch started and how he came up with the name. I asked about the first thing Mike printed and somethings he won't print there. I asked about dream clients he has worked for or wants to work for. We also talk about the traffic accident that happened to Mike. He's still recovering from it and doing the work of 2 or 3 people. Episode 101, I talk with Jon Orc of the 3-piece, Thrash band from San Francisco called Hemorage! Since recording the episode, they had bad luck involving someone driving away from the police to get away and crash into Hemorage's bus. What a way for a band who relies on that bus to get them to the shows and then also perform out of that bus with all their equipment. I found out about the band and how they've gone through members from the beginning. I ask them about their ideas of touring and doing shows outside of venue's as well as who came up with the bus idea to begin with. Episode 100 finally happened and after 3 call-offs from a different possible guest, and one prior attempt at doing this and having technical difficulties, it's finally here for all of you to enjoy!!! I talk with Andy Victory and Rachel Darling and see what my friends from the 3 Ft deep Podcast and the Secret Lives band have been up to recently.
