Jimmie Brown is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and is as real as it gets. He has been working as a therapist in a school district for 17 years, is a consultant for the community, and has a private practice in Campbell, CA where he helps a range of individuals, children through adults.

Jimmie’s therapeutic approach is strength-based and real. He dives deep, making a true connection with his clients, finding ways to bring out their own greatness through their work together. He connects well with children and teens, and others who can appreciate his intense, caring, and “real” approach to therapy. He uses his own experiences to shape and support his work with others and he practices what he preaches.

Jimmie’s passion for his career was sparked by Alan Thicke’s television character from Growing Pains, of all places. He loved that the character was a therapist who helped people, in an office from his home, and was able to be home and present for his kids. Jimmie thought, “I want to be like that!”

Jimmie spends copious amounts of time with his son, instilling learning, love, life and greatness. He is a fitness enthusiast, coach, husband, father, therapist, consultant, and speaker.
