With 16 years of experience, she now has to her name, Aesthetica Dentals, a clinic that specializes in Oral Rehabilitation, Crown and Bridge Fixing Acrylic Partial Denture, etc. She is also a member of the Indian Prosthodontic Society, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). She has done various national and international workshops and has several international publications to her credit.

In this episode, she walks us through her journey to be a successful orthodontist by expounding on the academic training required, and the different branches of dentistry and highlights the aspects that dental students should be cautious about when entering the field. She also completed a project at Shankar Mahadevan Academy and earned a Berklee Online School Certificate in "Creativity & Entrepreneurship in Music Industry.

In today’s episode, we’ll be talking to Mr.Ranjit Joseph, Owner of DesignEighteen, a graphic design company. Starting off as a novice in the field of design, Mr. Ranjith taught himself on the job and rose through the ranks. He progressed to a position as a visualizer in The New Indian Express Bangalore. Moving into the IT sector at the .com boom, web design was another skill he picked up and was part of the founding group at Cicada Media Consultants, a growing media consultancy. 5 years on, he decided to venture on his own, starting Design Eighteen from a home office. A short work experience with the Maa Bozell Group gave the impetus to move into outsourced design. Design Eighteen then focused more on overseas clients, with varied clientele from the US, UK, Ireland, and even countries like the Czech Republic.

Over a period of 10 years, working round the clock from any location that had internet access, meant that he could follow his other passions of traveling and scuba diving. Design and diving went together to enable him to win a deal to train as a Scuba Diving instructor in Bali. Mr. Ranjit currently teaches scuba diving at Planet Scuba India to enthusiasts in Bangalore

Mr. Ranjit took us deep into the world of graphic design. He spoke about the various opportunities in his field and gave us insights into how designers can score big projects. He advised us on taking time to find our calling and not limit our career options. We love how he turned his passion into a career. He found adventure at every turn, be it starting off a design firm or learning scuba diving. Even though he studied a mainstream subject, he let his heart pave the way. Mr. Sidney Rebello has a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry. Starting off as a young chef with the Centaur hotel group, he has worked with a number of reputable organizations like the Oberoi group, The Metropolitan Group, Dubai, with The Sun-n-Sand Hotel. Kenya and the Manipal Group, Bangalore, etc.

During his stint with the Oberoi Group he was posted to the Soaltee Oberoi, Kathmandu, who were the official caterers to His Majesty The Late King Birendra of Nepal and he had the opportunity during his 8 years there to serve various Heads of State including Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Late Princess Diana, Premier Li Peng Of China, President Zia-ul-Haq and President Jayawardene. He then tried his hand at entrepreneurship and set up a Premier night club in Bangalore called Zero G. for three years. An experienced chef and entrepreneur, he now teaches culinary arts at the Garden City University, Bangalore.

Gaining a keen insight into the industry through the eyes of Mr Rebello, we learnt how culinary arts has transformed over the years. We were made aware of the skills and qualities it takes to  work in the food industry. Our conversation ranged from gender disparity in the food industry to Mr.Rebello’s clever ways to teach his students the culinary arts during the pandemic.
