We have nothing to fear, but fear itself," Winston Churchill but that is often what is holding us back in our spiritual evolvement. Perhaps you feel like you will do it wrong, don't feel like you are worthy, or set expectations that are unrealistic or that just aren't what's supposed to be.

In this episode we discuss how to move through the fear and start experimenting without expectation. Every last minute shot you make has a likelihood to go into the basket and win the game, but you are guaranteed to not get the points if you never take the shot. Take the shot and you will be amazed at what can happen.
