Jean is literally obsessed with this word. Ever since she read the book "Grit" by Angela Duckworth her mindset has changed. We all have that drive within us we just have to wake it up. Grit takes courage and determination that is not something you learn it has to come from within. What she loves about this word is that it has NOTHING to do with IQ, your talent and even your job title. It comes from your soul. You have to dig deep to find it, but it is there.

The wood element is about the Liver and Gallbladder meridian channels. Meridan channels are invisible energy pathway we all have internally. There is 72,000 different channels. So for the next three months we examine, explore and balance out these two channels for a better well being. Anger and resentment are the two emotions we will be challenged with.
