Yes, I'm entering the contest again, with my latest novel The Jungle Planet. I'm also discussing other contests I had entered, thoughts on them, and bringing you up to speed on my other various works in progress.

Aliens or "non-terrestrial beings" were the topic of discussion at the US senate hearing on UFO/UAPs. Well, maybe not the pilots of said craft... but the credibility of those that witnessed it. So what do we make of this now? Did they just make history by acknowledging the existence of such crafts?

From the author of space opera novella The Long Lost War and the sci fi/fantasy series Outer Red.

Jeff Walker brings you his vision of a dystopian society in Earth’s distant future, where robots rule over what's left of humanity. A science fiction drama centred on one man trying to survive in a machine dominated world. Earth is now under the control of two artificially intelligent rulers. Angela and Malcolm; they govern the planet and use humanity to service their needs.

David 00472 is one of those daily service attendants that must obey the commands of the two AI overlords. David becomes a person of interest to Angela as she helps him to improve the quality of his life. David, suspicious and fearful of her sudden concern for him, is cautious about her true intent. Malcom, ever watchful of all humans, is unsure why David 00472 has become Angela’s pet project. Is this part of their cruelty? Do they delight in using humans for their amusement somehow? David meets a man, another Human Service Attendant, that will change and challenge his notion of freedom, and what it truly means to be free.

This Episode: What's been going on? Well, I'll fill you in as best I can. I may ramble on for a bit, only because I'm not prepared (again). Basically, I talk about what I'm working on at the moment, Outer Red Part 4 (the final part) is soon to be released, and... gosh, I dunno, just stuff I like to talk about, I guess.
