Holy smokes, we've dropped! This week we talk about a number of mental health issues. Specifically boundaries, anonymity, and other related topics. We open out the show with Kyle Smith News Flash! I am not a licensed therapist or nurse, A short moment is dedicated to our dear friend Tim Dejong, who passed away last year. He loved David Bowie and he would have loved this concept. I've had a crazy fucking life. I had to learn to be tough from a young age. I love cursing, singing, being silly, sharing music, and trying to offer some insight from a man who has been through a lot. I hope to entertain, and maybe be a healthy resource for some people who are searching for it.  On December 31st, I had emergent back surgery at the University of Utah Hospital. New Years Eve! There was a blizzard. I am doing okay, but it's been rough recording and editing and all that when  recovering from back surgery. I'll do better next time!  Join The Jeffro Box Fan Club.
