Yin Reset #01
Beginner-friendly and slow-paced yin sequence focusing on the hips and side body. This session is composed of 6 floor-based poses held for 3-5 minutes throughout the class. Here we will learn to practice surrendering and letting go through static stretches. Good for recovery and restoration.

Slow Stillness #01
Beginner-friendly slow flow sequence. Learn how to have a solid foundation by building lower body strength through lunges, while opening up the side body through twists. This is a slow-paced Hatha-style class intended for those who are new to yoga or coming back to yoga after a long hiatus. This level focuses on alignment and modifications for a slow but sweet yoga practice.
