7. What terrifies you?
Last week, I went to a talk by Lewis Howes (School of Greatness) in London. It was such a great talk and I walked away with a smile and a number of powerful "a-ha" moments. One in particular has stayed with me. It was a question Lewis asked us in the context of how we want to grow:  What terrifies you? When I heard this, my response surprised me because nothing jumped to mind!  On one hand that feels incredible – and I feel a sense of pride – because I’m doing things now that would’ve terrified me a few years ago. On the other, it feels like there's an opportunity for even more growth.  As you'll hear in this memo, that question ignited a desire to think bigger and bolder and I hope it sparks the same for you.
