In this lesson, Lauren is riding a 6-year-old Dutch mare named Maddie. Lauren focuses on keeping Maddie long and low throughout the ride. Lauren uses leg-yields and transitions to test how well the horse maintains the shape when the work gets harder.

In this lesson, Jon does a light flat day with half halts and lengthening and shortening. This is Jon's first ride of the week on this horse, so he likes to take it easy after the horse has had a day off the prior day. This is a great relaxing full ride.
