This is the first interview of the series "A day in the life of an Agility Enabler", featuring Pierre-Cyril Denant.  Pierre-Cyril describes himself as a geek who likes to solve problems, whether organizational or technical. His primary motivation is to help teams make better decisions and become more efficient. He wishes to promote and share agility values and develop a sustainable work environment that encourages individual development and innovation.  As a certified Scrum Master and a member of a community of practice, Pierre-Cyril leads workshops and writes articles on agility. Also +10 years of experience in production management (web, broadcast, events), and social media.  He is a dad and an accomplished geek! Big fan of science fiction (ah, Asimov's robots...) also a lover of urban art and dance. He likes his funk very heavy and his coffee very black.
