Deeper dive into each of the Judges/Shoftim in the Book of Judges with a focus on Devorah, Yael and Samson. 

The Book of Judges/Shoftim takes us through the Jewish history of the Israelites over a span of almost 400 years in their land. It's a chaotic ride, with some difficult lessons to learn, but it lays out the pattern of Jewish history so that we can learn from it's messages and leaders. 

The Book of Joshua is the continuation of the end of the Torah and the beginning of the Israelite people being in their land with a mission and a new leader. This first book of Nevi'im sets us up to see that living the dream is a challenge. 

A special Passover exploration of the Haggadah. Not part of Tanach but one of our most well known and beloved books. 

This is the first class in our new series "The Books of Our People" that is taking us through the 24 Books of the Hebrew Canon called the Tanach. In this class we are learning what is the process of canonization, why were these books chosen and what do we do with them. 

Elissa Kline-Beber is the head of student wellness at the York School in Toronto and one of JFI's regular speakers and experts. In this talk she explores what it's like to parent as a generation of digital immigrants, and how do we guide this new generation of digital natives to explore safely and without worry the world of technology and social media. 

In this gorgeous talk, Rabbi Hoch teaches us some of the unique Torah perspectives on love and marriage, and flips the cultural narrative on its head when it comes to what we should be focusing on in our love lives and families. 

This is a fun, fascinating and interactive panel where each expert brings their own point of view to bear on parenting teens in the 2019s. Technology, discipline, setting boundaries and dealing with anxiety are all covered here in this JFI ParentingU event.
