These meditations are derived from my years of practice in Shamanic journey and are uniquely different.
I work as an Intuitive healer, meditation coach, past life regression therapist, and psychic medium. My meditations are meant to allow you to turn the mirror on yourself and look inward for deeper self awareness and healing.
At the start of each meditation, there is a brief discussion to help bring clarity to the signs and symbols that present during your practice
This meditation is a Shamanic Journey to a healing rock. A place to allow your heart to open and to release the heaviness that sits upon it. What do you need to release? What do you need to balance with love and gratitude?
This meditation is layered. It begins in a place that creates a feeling of safety and comfort and then takes you to a place where you must choose. The choice must come from your body not your mind. We step through a door in a house which reveals a memory to be given a gift and a seed to plant.
All assisting us to see what we need and feel it within our bodies and taking steps to manifest that need by planting it in the earth and letting it grow.
What do we carry that doesn't belong to us? Do we hold something of value that isn't ours? This meditation is a look at our preconceived notions and how we allow them to lead us vs the feelings within our bodies.
How do we create harmony with the memories of our youth? I believe that healing pain from your past can happen in the present. One of the ways we heal is by going back and connecting to our younger self and seeing those memories with fresh eyes.
This meditation begins on a tree stump and moves to meeting our younger self and going back into a pleasant childhood memory. It is about remembering who we are and what our dreams were so we can embody those today.
What do you look like when you allow your true self to shine? How can you fill and room and what do you look like when you are in a room with others? It's a good exercise in awareness. How do we shine? How do we want to show up?
In this meditation we focus on feeling our feet in the sand, hearing the ocean waves crash, feeling the breeze across our skin and the warmth of the sun. All things that make us present and in the moment. From here, we begin to bring the earths energy up into our bodies, activating the chakras and balancing our being.
In this meditation we are reminded of our beliefs and attachment to them. Our memories from childhood shape the way we react and respond. What will you see today that will remind you of who you are and maybe release some attachment to the way you remember or think about your past.
The people that come in and our of our lives teach us so many things. Some of are most difficult lessons come from relationships that that have caused pain. Can you find the gift in the lessons. Can you see what they taught you and how they made you realize the best version of yourself?
This meditation uses the light of our eighth chakra. We pull this light of our Soul Star into our body, opening and expanding our Chakras. At the end of the meditation, we focus our minds on what we desire and see it as it has happened. Aligning our clear and open energy with the thing or situation we wish to manifest.
In this meditation we start at the base of a great tree. Our thoughts wonder to the age of the tree and all that this great tree has seen. At the base of the tree is a seed. This tree and this see can represent a million things. What does it represent for you and where will you plant the seed?
In this meditation, we release a story (or many stories) that we tell ourselves. Overtime, our perception of something about ourselves or someone else can start to look like the truth when in fact it is not. The first step to changing our perspective is to see that we may be holding onto a story. My hope is that the Truth Tree does this for you today. Release the story and bring in the truth.
The power of meditation comes in discerning what is happening within the subconscious and how we can use this to heal and come to a place of gratitude. This meditation has us walking into a carnival and having a guest. The purpose, to feel in your body the right path and learn to discern in your body.
This meditation has us starting in a place in nature and as we sit in meditation, we are approached by a large animal. We then become that large animal. This was an interesting meditation from the perspective of feeling and seeing as if we are this animal.
Sometimes we need the strength of another to have courage to walk through something difficult. This very enlightening meditation is really meant to show you where you get your strength. Special thanks to my daughter for showing up in my meditation today. What a delight.
This meditation is about connecting to the feelings we have in our bodies and putting words to those feelings. We begin in a place in nature that we are familiar with and see something that doesn't belong there connected to something we desire for ourselves. The purpose is to see the connection in our life to the things that don't belong and the things we need.
In this meditation, we stand on a hilltop and see a rainbow. A rainbow which appears to begin next to us and extend out to the valley below us. It is a lesson in grattitude for what we presently have and how we fulfill our calling for more.
In this meditation, we observe something outside of ourselves that we believe to be "great", "powerful", "strong", etc.. We then give those words to something not as "great", "powerful", "strong", etc. in an effort to encourage and extend love. This meditation is about seeing balance, extending grace, and healing back past wounds as a child.
Fear is an interesting thing, it can prevent us from truly being who we feel called to be. In this meditation, we observe ourselves within a circus ring, on display first without an audience and then with a full audience. This is a way to observe how are body responds to stress/pressure, feeling judged or loved. It's also a way to observe fear that comes up in our bodies.
Our gifts are sometimes complex. We don't often think of our stories or past experiences as a gift to another but they are. In this meditation, you share your light and in return receive light. Where should you give and how do you receive?
In this meditation we begin as light. We then descend as if returning to earth as a witness. When our vision clears from the light we are standing in the room we were born and from here we follow the life of this beautiful human. To heal, we first need awareness.
How often do you pause and feel what's happening in your body before you make a decision? This meditation walks you through a mindfulness exercise and has us looking/observing our body and also our mind. We will often ignore our "gut" and go with our head because it's louder and feels more logical. Remember, the mind is trying to protect us and the body doesn't lie. Move through the fear confidently and feel your way through with an honest response from your body.
What does your gift to the world look like as a tree? Where will you plant your potential? This meditation is about valuing what we have within us and offering those gifts to the world. We often measure our potential and our gifts based on how others value them vs valuing ourselves first and then offering our gifts. I hope todays meditation helps you see the immense gifts you hold within you and gives you the confidence to share them.
This meditation is a shamanic journey to the lower world. The intention of this journey is to release emotional baggage through a great healing rock in our own sacred space. A journey to the lower world into the belly of mother earth is about connecting with helpers and guides, getting awareness of what might be holding us back on our path and what can help up. Enjoy the space of the healing rock and let go.
This is an insightful walk down a path that ultimately faces a dragon. There is only one way around the dragon. Your path beyond the dragon is dark and behind you that path is illuminated. How will you move forward?
When we have little control over the way circumstances around us move and shift our life, how do we manage? In this meditation, our fear is represented by a horse... that we ride! What does it show you about how you handle things out of your control?
This meditation is about opening our hearts and receiving that much needed guidance. I strongly recommend taking a few extra minutes before you begin this meditation to relax, calm the mind, and regulate & focus the breathe. It will give you grounding you need to truly be open to those images that come forward and the message you need to hear.
The meditation shows us how we respond to a desire or a decision. We begin by standing in a field next to a benign fence. As we walk the fence line, we come to an opening and have to make a decision to go through the fence opening but listening to our bodies. This can be challenging for a lot of us because we are such creatures of habit and comfort. Feel your way through this meditation and watch your thoughts as an observer.
This meditation has us releasing to a fire. I move you through pulling pain, frustration, anger, resentment, hurt, and labels, from your body and releasing to the fire. In turn bringing fire into your body to burn anything else that remains.
This meditation is like a virtual fire ceremony. We release this energy to an offering that we place into a fire to be burned and released to the heavens. If you ever have an opportunity to attend a ceremony like this in person, I highly recommend it!
When water appears in our meditations it is often indicative of our emotional state. What do we need to see and are we afraid or are we jumping in with both feet first? I also talk about my next class offering which is an 8-week meditation course that launches August 3rd and begins September 15th. Details on my class offerings can be found at www.jillpapelemke.com
This meditation walks us through feeling our hearts, seeing those words related to what we desire and what we need to release, then moving towards the vision. Seeing your success is the first part of manifesting it into reality.
At the beginning of this mediation I talk a little bit about the chakra system and the power of the energy in our bodies. As we sit with a large grounding tree, we reflect on what we want to release and what we need. We then use our energy to release and seek/find what we need. I talk more in the beginning of this meditation to help guide and explain the meditation. Enjoy manifesting!
This meditation takes us back to a moment in adolescence. We walk with a younger version of ourselves. Our younger self takes us to a memory. An important memory. At the beginning of this meditation/podcast I talk about what it means to visit a memory and how I would like to see you release a bit into what comes up first and follow it through. Allow the awareness from the memory to come back, to see it again, perhaps with new perspective and heal.
In this meditation, we look at how a simple expectation can effect the body. What we are really trying to do is create a sense of awareness. To release you first need to understand what you are releasing.
This meditation is an exercise in balancing the fear we hold in our bodies. I guide you to stand on a stone buried in the earth and relate the stone to the way you feel regarding your emotions. Do you bury things? To you hide your feelings? Do you allow fear or doubt to rule your actions? This mediation walks you through pulling the grounding energy of mother earth into your body to open and expand those energy centers and take back your personal power.
This meditation is a journey to what is called the "lower world". It is not a dark place but an earthly place to meed guides, spirit guides and helpers, and our loved ones who have passed. Today's meditation/journey is about healing and releasing the heavy emotional baggage we carry with us.
When we need a boost, when we need reassurance, when we have to take a step towards something that scares us, how do we move through fear? How do we move past all of the thoughts in our mind telling us to "run", "stop", "do what you know", etc.? You feel in your body first and let the thoughts in your mind move to the side. Take that leap. There is commentary at the end of this meditation to help break down the symbolism.
Our perception is our truth or rather what we believe to be true. This mediation takes us to a place or a moment where perhaps we base a particular "truth" about ourselves, a moment or others. What does this place/moment mean to you? What does the meditation show you as it relates to how you live your life based on this perceived truth?
How do we manifest? How do we move forward with strength? This meditation is meant to bring awareness around the gifts you already hold within and release what no longer serves. It's a grounding exercise and a chakra balancer with a twist. Balance and regain your power. You have all the tools you need to be amazing.
Today was a journey to the Lower World, a place for guidance from our spiritual teachers. Most often, these teachers take the form of an animal but today we seek guidance from a great tree before we move into our sacred space to get healing and guidance from one of our guides.
Curious about Shamanism and journey work, here is a great site to help guide you. http://www.shamanism-101.com/Shamanism_Lower_World.html
Standing on a cloud looking over the earth, it's not hard to see beauty. We start this meditation looking at the earth from this higher perspective and find a place we want to land. Our cloud slowly descends and we are standing on the earth. The place we have chosen or the place has chosen us hold significance. Exactly what may yet be determined. As we walk along the earth, we are drawn to the sound of water and go explore. This water is a symbol or subconscious look at our emotional state. What does the water look like? Does it flow like a river? Is it a small pond or lake? This meditation will walk you through looking at that water, exploring your thoughts and feelings, and making changes.
This meditation takes us back to a moment in our childhood where we need to reflect and feel. We begin this meditation as children feeling our perhaps timid nature or maybe our very free loving nature. After exploring a place from childhood, we return to our adult self (present self) and re-explore the same place from childhood. The meditation should bring you to a place of reflection. How did this time in your life impact you? What did you need to learn? How do you feel as an adult in the same place? What can you give back to yourself to heal and move forward? I have saved the commentary from my own experience on the back end of the meditation.
In this meditation, I guide you to pull light through your body and end by cleansing in the waves of the ocean. These types of meditations are really wonderful ways to check in with your energy body and find anything that may be a bit off balance. Pay attention to your thoughts and feelings as you move the light through your body.
A subconscious mirror to make the connections in the conscious mind. How do we see ourselves, what does our "home" look like? Sometimes the most simple observations can be the most impactful. When we do meditations like this, it's really about what we need to see and feel vs what we want. What does your subconscious show you?
This meditation is a reflection of our journey through the visualization of a mountain and a climb. It's a beautiful way to reflect and give yourself a bit of love. We all climb the mountain in our way and each of us have different lessons and ways of climbing. Enjoy the climb, take a breathe, give yourself some love.
What waits for you? What is possible? Where would you go if you had the means to get there? We hold back a lot because of fear and we create barriers for ourselves because we start to believe we can't. This meditation moves us through the feeling of seeing our potential caged, freeing it, and see what awaits us.
I have a longer intro on this meditation that most others. This "type" of meditation is special as it follows the methods of journey work and in this one, going to the upper world. A beautiful etherial place filled with love. It is here we review or soul book. We step into our life, we look at a moment where we may have lost something, and bring it back into our bodies.
In this meditation we are looking to balance our chakras with light. This is a simple balancer with a beautiful water cleanse at the end. My advice on chakra balancers is to really seat yourself in the meditation with the breathe. If you need to, take a moment before you begin to regulate your breathing.
This meditation is focused on bringing your back to balance. Bringing your mind and body back into alignment. We do this my focusing on joyful moments and watch as those memories fill our heart and illuminate our body. We then move confidently from this state to sit in front of a mighty tree, reflecting on all that we have weathered to be where we are in this moment.
This meditation is about awareness of the layers or limitations we put on ourselves. What lies do we tell ourselves that keep us from moving forward and stepping into our dreams, desires, or potential? This meditation shows us our fear through layers of clothing and heaviness on our bodies.
This meditation, simply put is a conversation with an angel. To feel unconditional love and let go of your burdens and heaviness that you may carry. I have left my wrap up commentary at the end of this meditation and added a bit more at the front for additional explanation. Enjoy!
In this meditation, we take a journey through a great tree to visit our soul book. A place of answers and of learning. The core of my training is in Shamanic Journey work. Going deeper into our subconscious and our soul to pull the answers. In this meditation, we journey to a place referred to as the Upper World. An etherial plane where we can connect more deeply with our soul and purpose.
This meditation takes us to a place we have always wanted to visit or return to. However, we are not alone on today's journey. We are accompanied by a guest. This guest can be anyone and the purpose can be as vast as your mind will take you. What gift do they bring you and how does your heart feel when you see them?
This meditation helps us get to the root of our joy while observing a horse. How does this animal show us what we need for ourselves? What does it look like within their enclosure? Do they wish to be free?
A leap of faith is moving forward with something that may not be logical but "feels" right. It's the step forward that you know you need to take. This meditation simulates that leap of faith and helps you focus your mind to your body. What is your body telling you to do? Where should your next move be?
In this meditation, we look at our emotional state through water. What would our emotions look like if they were water? What does the water look and feel like? This water is also the source of our release. Clearing the heart center down to the root chakra.
This meditation brings us face to face with a guest. Someone we haven't seen in a long time. They are there with a message and a gift but not before they walk us back to an old memory that needs to be healed. We can't necessarily change the past but we can change the way we feel about it and how we continue to let it effect us.
This meditation has us looking back on an old memory with our mother (or mother figure). The purpose of this meditation is to release expectations or to see their sacrifice in a different way. We have a lot of expectations on the people who brought us into this world and those who raised us. What are we holding on to that it is time to release?
When the winds of change are all around us and we fight to stand our ground vs moving with the flow of change, we can be blinded by comfort and not face what is best. This meditation is a journey. It is a way to go deeper into your practice, release and embrace your power. Your roots are strong, you can face the winds.
I loved this meditation! I love when we take an external object, examine it's needs and compare it to ourselves. In this meditation, we start in a room. We take in the interior of this room and how it feels. Then our focus is moved to a plant in the corner. We examine it's needs and give it what it needs to flourish. Then, we turn and look at ourselves.
What does harmony in your life look like? What do you need to bring it to balance? This meditation helps us with balance and connection. We connect and feel the earth, we connect to a tree and as we relax, we see what we need to bring balance or clarity.
In this meditation we are greeted by a younger version of ourselves and presented a gift. This is a moment to express love and accept love for ourselves. I've left the commentary from my live broadcast of this meditation at the end.
This is a really lovely water cleanse and release with affirmations. It's guided imagery in the water and cleansing each chakra with a statement as well as water. Watch what comes up during the meditation, what do you see and how can you relate that to your everyday life?
This meditation takes us to a house where we are serving. We are the hired help until we realize, it's our own home. This is our own Cinderella story. What do you wish for? What is it that you want or desire for yourself and what does it look like when you have it?
This meditation shows us what we are bringing to share with others and nourish ourselves. How do we feel about what we bring and do we want to continue this path? We also have a guest at our picnic. Their purpose will be different for each person. What do they show you about what you want and how you are nourishing your spirit?
This meditation is similar to that of a shamanic journey. The intention with this meditation is to release and let go, to bring balance. It is also a beautiful way to explore our power place (start) and sacred space (lower world). Enjoy!
This is a unique chakra balancer that uses the elements of: wind, fire, water, air, and earth. Which will you choose and what does it mean? We begin in a place we feel comfortable and safe, the element you choose should be obvious to you without doing a lot of thinking. Enjoy!
In this meditation, we are connecting deeper within ourselves and seeking clarity or answers on questions or situations in our life. The water present in this meditation is a reflection of our emotional state. When doing these types of meditations, it's important to see not only with your mind but with your body. How are you physically responding? You have all the answers you need.
This meditation is a look at how we find love, what it looks like when we do, and what we look for moving forward. I have left my commentary on the back end of this meditation as a way to decode some of the symbolism that may come up during your meditation/journey today.
In this meditation, we are doing two things. We visit our younger selves and we visit a past memory of a relationship. This can be any relationship, not just a romantic relationship. The goal of this meditation is to see how this relationship has helped you. What have you learned? What did you need and once you received it, how did your relationship change? How has it prepared you for future interactions? It's important to look at how our body responds when we can only observe. Enjoy a little rewind of your life. This meditation felt very "ghost of Christmas Past" to me.
What is our mindset when we have to face a challenge? Would we rather avoid it? Do we tackle it head on? Are we strategic about it? This meditation begins relaxing on a beach soon to realize getting off the beach will not be an easy task.
This meditation has us begin in a place we feel safe and comfortable. After we center and connect to this place, we are drawn to something outside of our "comfort zone" to another place needing to be explored. We are asked to "feel" and be present with those feelings. When we leave this new place, we are left with a seed to take back and plant in our "garden" or "power place", back to the place that makes of feel safe. This meditation is unique as I have left the commentary from my live broadcast at the end.
This meditation has us sitting beside a fire and welcoming others. These others are people we have know through our life. They have influenced, loved, hurt, etc. Mostly, they have shown us the deeper aspects of ourselves and given us opportunity for growth.
This meditation is focused on releasing what no longer serves us to the fire. First, we establish our intention for releasing to the fire. What do we wish to let go? We pull that energy out of our hearts center and give it to the fire. We then pull the fire into each individual chakra cleansing and releasing. Bringing ourselves back to the confident divine being that we are.
This meditation begins with us laying in a field of tall grass on a warm sunny day. A very intentional and grounding start to our meditation. We then rise from laying in this field to look and examine our surroundings. We spot a building and begin to walk towards it. The intention here is to feel. Does this place bring on unpleasant or forgotten memories? How does it make you feel and how is your body responding. We often suppress feelings because we don't want to experience pain but hopefully, by going to a place of observing, we are able to see and release and not relive.
In this meditation, we begin by looking down on our bodies and extending love. We move away from judgement and focus on the gifts. Eventually, we move along to another space in order to examine a situation in our lives from a new perspective.
In this meditation we take a nice walk. A lot of our meditations start this way. :) We walk until we come to a fork in a road and a great tree. This is where we pause to examine the tree, how we feel, how our body responds and then we resume walking. What we see on this walk and our response to circling back to the tree is the reflection of the lesson.
In this meditation, we are examining a theme in our lives and what that tells us about lessons we need to learn. Our Soul Book is a very special item which can bring us to a place in our current life or a past life. Sit back, relax and ENJOY THE ADVENTURE!
The end of this meditation contains additional guidance.
What do you desire for yourself and what is holding you back? What do you really need and what limiting beliefs do you hold on to that overshadow your needs? This is a very simple meditation to get us to look at our needs and wants and let some of those limiting feelings go. This is a very gentle go at your own pace meditation.
In this meditation, we intentionally ground ourself to the earth, pull this light up into our bodies, and move it through our chakras. With intention, we move the energy up through the lower three chakras anchoring the earth energy in the heart. From above us, we pull in a divine light through our upper three chakras and anchor this energy into our hearts.
How do we release? How do we pray? What does our sacred space look like? This meditation is about observing our beliefs and what our spiritual practice looks like. At the end of the meditation, we rest under a great tree releasing any feelings that came up during the process of observation.
This meditation is a process of reflection. We first need to observe what is going on around us or in our immediate vicinity before we can really have a though or reflection on it. In this meditation, we are in a room. We are looking at the detail of the room and observing the reactions in our body. What did the room look like to you? What was it filled with? Was it empty? How did the room make you feel?
Pause, reflect, repeat. What is it showing you about yourself?
When we look at our lives, do we cary things that no longer serve us? Do keep fighting an uphill battle to get where we want to go? Can we shift it? Can we change our perspective? Move with the wind and not against it.
This episode has us begin at the start (or the end) of a rainbow. We are bathed in light and surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The rainbow pulls us to follow, pulling us to see something new waiting. This is a meditation of exploration and for some of you, it will be a meditation of manifesting what you truly desire for yourselves.
This is likely one of my top five meditations. In this meditation, we bring light into our bodies and feel it expand and grow. The twist is as this light expands and grows, our world changes around us. A beautiful meditation to remind us that a change to our perception changes our world.
Are you in the middle of a change or shift? Are you looking for signs to move forward and missing them? This meditation moves you to a place that forces you to feel with your body where you need to be. It moves you back to using your intuition vs your mind.
This meditation has us bringing in our potential in the form of a ball of light. We pull this light into our hearts and it extends through the rest of our body. Similar to a chakra opener but with intention on manifesting your potential.
This meditation begins with a focus on us being present. Present in the body, feeling our feet, feeing the breeze on our face and feeling the ground underneath as we feel our feet rise and fall with the rhythm of our breath and movement of our legs. Te purpose, to look at our challenges as part of our path to growth. What have we accomplished and where are we going.
This meditation examines our process of making choices. In this meditation, you set the intention of what you want/need and walk through a series of unmarked doors (choices). You do not know where they lead or what they will bring you. You only have the awareness of what you want.
This meditation opens with an explanation of how the major chakras in the body function and what they can show us about our emotional body. It's important to understand what type of energy or emotions relate to each chakra and how each chakra works together. It is that aspect of awareness that brings healing and through meditation allows us to really be present with ourselves.
This meditation takes us beyond what our physical form looks like for ourselves and others and let's us see ourselves as energy. What we examine in this meditation is how we see energy in others and better discern what is helpful for us and what is harmful. Too often we ignore the energetic impression because we are distracted by the physical.
This meditation shows us how we can manifest what we desire for ourselves in the form of a tree. We watch this tree grow and when it has fully matured, we sit in its roots against it's trunk and watch a guide begin to walk towards us. This guide comes in to encourage and to show us what we need to continue manifesting our desires.
Do you wish you were more confident? Do you long for a life that could have been? Do you take stock of what you DO have? This meditation is very different from what I normally do but I think it was helpful in giving a view of what it's like to walk in your body and have no memories for which to base fear or apprehension.
This meditation gives us a point of light to place our intentions for ourselves. What do you desire for yourself? Who do you desire to be? What do you desire to bring into your life to feel complete? As I guide you to focus that desire and place it into the light, we then move that light into our hearts and watch that want/desire take root and move through the rest of our body. Enjoy manifesting!
This meditation, albiet abstract, brings us to a deeper understanding of our contribution to a collective, to light, to oneness. We carry a stone... feel the weight of the stone and eventually bring it to a building as if drawn to it. I hope this meditation lets you examine your own beliefs and how you connect to the divine, God, the Light.
In this meditation we journey to our Soul Book (also known as an Akashic Record). This meditation can help us with our "why's". Why is this happening? Why did this happen? Why am I not? Life in review. It is important to have a clear intention when doing this meditation.
This meditation has us visualizing a place we love, outside, bare feet on the ground and a beautiful light around us. We gradually pull this warm, supportive earth energy up into our bodies opening and clearing each chakra as we go.
In this meditation we look at ourselves as a tree and seeing what we need to grow. How do we nourish our roots? What do we bring into our lives that creates security within ourselves? How do we feel our emotions and allow them to flow into thought and then manifest into what we desire.
In this meditation we take a walk through a mountain path. We are faced with obstacles and forced to choose a path, look for a sign, or ask for help. This is a good meditation for someone looking for answers or just needing some encouragement that you are on the right path.
The guidance on this meditation is about love. Love for ourselves, love we extend to others and our willingness to do so.
This meditation is a subtle way of watching emotional energy flow. When emotional energy pools, what does it look like? Finally, how we connect to others and are we willing to connect to others. T
This meditation helps us to focus on the body and become fully aware of all of our senses. We begin on the sand, watching the waves lap at our feet before moving into the water and fully submersing ourselves. Surrounded by a beautiful bubble of light, we explore the deep.
In this meditation I push you to face a fear but have you pause to look at how your body is reacting and the feelings/emotions that are coming to your awareness as you face this fear. I then move you through the fear, taking a leap, and giving you a view on the other side of your fear.
When we shut out the world around us we can't see what is waiting and wanting to extend love and help. This meditation really let us see what it's like when we pull away and hide. What does it look like when we enclose ourselves in darkness and how does it feel when we see that darkness lifted?
A very relaxing meditation that brings balance by pulling in the light of the sun and moving this light very intentionally though our chakras. It is a very calming meditation that would also be good after a long day prior to sleep.
This is a meditation for an experienced meditator or someone that is experienced at journey work. I launch into this journey as a meditation with binaural beats in the background. This meditation has us explore a question as we enter the upper world and explore our space and two items that are there for us.
If you were face to face with your child self, what would they tell you? What would they remind you to do? What would they tell you about your dreams? In this meditation, we connect back to our child self and are reminded of our dreams. We return a part of us that has been missing.
This meditation has you visualize your favorite place and then become a part of it as a deeply rooted tree. It has you visualize your feet growing roots and feel energy moving up your body from the earth. You become enriched from the connectedness of your roots and grow larger and stronger ultimately connecting to the sun and the light.
This meditation was an evaluation of our thoughts of ourselves and others when we are in a learning/teaching environment. Personally, I loved this meditation!
We walk into a school, and into a classroom, and watch our feelings (emotional and physical) and then watch those feelings turn to thoughts. It is a great way to observe ourselves learning something new (or old), being taught by others, and truly being present.
In reflection, watch how you respond to learning new things, and how you teach others.
In this meditation we really focus on breathing and moving through the visuals by feeling vs seeing. At the end, we are seated next to a great tree, hearing the water, feeling the breeze, and just being.
In this meditation, we begin with the sensation of floating in water and being surrounded by the night sky. We are then greeted by a guest on the shore who takes us on a journey of self discovery and love then returns us to the water and the night sky. I have left the commentary at the end of this meditation for those of you that would like a bit more guidance on the purpose and symbols that came up during your journey.
In this meditation we begin in a forest next to a small fire. Two paths open, we choose one and begin to walk. During our walk we see an object, something that stands out to us, that doesn't belong. We bring this object back to the fire with us and decide to keep or to release it to the fire.
The end of this meditation is an emotional release and cleanse in the water.
This Meditation is a reflection. As we begin, we are walking down a path. We notice a slight incline but continue moving forward. As we walk, we come to a building. Inside the building we are transported to a memory. As we leave the building and continue walking the path, we are asked to observe the feelings in our bodies after the event and recognize the effects the event or memory had on our physical and emotional bodies as we continue to walk. A great meditation for digging deeper and becoming aware of attachments to memories or moments and their effects.
This meditation has us visualize light moving through our bodies. As we do this we open, clear, and connect. The focus is on the body and the breath. At the end we walk into the water to cleanse and wash away anything residual.
This meditation starts with a tree that's been cut and is now just a stump. You begin your journey sitting on this tree stump, looking at it's root, it's offspring that surround you and take a healing walk.
We all retreat to a safe place and navigate emotional waters as we interact with others. This meditation has us starting in a safe bed of blankets. We venture out of this nest and observe our emotions through water flowing nearby.
This meditation has us embody a bird and take flight. There is a small audio clip in the beginning where I describe attachment and release. I really enjoyed this beautiful meditation and I hope you do too.
In this meditation our focus is really the breath. Making conscious connection to the breath and feeling your feet firmly on the ground. I bring the visuals in slowly so you really connect to the place you see and connect down through the feet.
Ungrounded feelings often have us unfocused, can create anxiety, and allow our emotions to be unbalanced. This meditation will help to reconnect and ground your energy.
This meditation is about perspective and self awareness. We are often so carried away by the small things that we have difficulty pulling back and taking a much broader perspective of a situation or our lives as a whole.
I leave the end of my live broadcast on this recording as a guide to your own experience. I also discuss what came forward for myself with the live meditators.
Our Sacred Journey, what does it look like, mean, feel like, and what is preventing us from moving forward? Are you already moving forward and didn't realize you had crossed a threshold?
I loved this seemingly simple meditation that created such awareness. I left the audio from my live broadcast at the end of this meditation for additional insights.
This meditation is a great beginners meditation to chakras, balancing and monitoring our own energy, and grounding.
The term "grounding" can be used interchangeably with focus. To be grounded is to be connected, to be present, and to be focused. When we are "ungrounded" we are the opposite of these things.
In this meditation, we begin by focusing the breathe and slowly bring images into our focus. For beginners, I always advice to makeup the image. See it, bring it forward, allow it to come into focus, and relax.
This meditation helps us see ourselves from the loving perspective of an animal walking along next to us. It allows us to create loving space and forgiveness for ourselves.
