These meditations are derived from my years of practice in Shamanic journey and are uniquely different.

I work as an Intuitive healer, meditation coach, past life regression therapist, and psychic medium. My meditations are meant to allow you to turn the mirror on yourself and look inward for deeper self awareness and healing.

At the start of each meditation, there is a brief discussion to help bring clarity to the signs and symbols that present during your practice

A Welcome Guest- Managing Grief
This meditation connects us with a loved one who has past. The start of this meditation has us grounded and connected to the earth when a beautiful angelic being approaches and brings with them someone to help us heal. This meditation contains light music and sounds of nature.

A Place for Peace and Observation
This meditation can be used to calm and center as well as be used for reflection. The intro is slow, deliberative and focused on the breathe, the rhythm of the heartbeat, and your connection to the earth. You are meant to practice observance and watch the thoughts as they fill the gaps in what you see or do not see(your perspective). This meditation includes the sounds of: water, wind, birds, and soft music with a wrap up at the end.

In Your Eyes: Sacral/Third Eye Meditation
This meditation has us observe and embody our younger selves. I've labeled this meditation a "Sacral/Third Eye" meditation because of the work we do in observing ourselves in an open feeling state. Our Sacral and Third Eye Chakras mirror each other. We process raw emotion and raw "knowing" through these chakras as we walk through the world around us.  As we grow into adults, we mask, dismiss, or even bury these feelings. Think about a time when you met someone for the first time and had a "bad" feeling. Did you dismiss it? Did you put it in the back of your mind as "silly" or "irrelevant"? The raw emotions or feelings that are processed in these chakras assist us in discernment and choice. If we mask them, we limit our ability to fully utilize our intuition. Watch your younger self move through their day, open and connected. Then walk again as a child and bridge to these deeper sense of awareness for yourself.  Ambient sounds: children playing, light music and birds.

Past Life: Regression and Connection
This meditation is a simplified regression. The purpose of taking you to a past life is to bridge the "why". 'Why' is this happening? 'Why' am I experiencing this? 'Why' do I feel so connected to a person/place?  Regression can bring a lot of clarity to our current lives when we can review a previous life. I have been performing Past Life Regression Therapy through hypnosis for approximately four years. Each regression is unique, however, nearly every person sees the same thing when they enter their sacred space.  Trust the process.

The light and energy that we express with love is unmatched. We can light up the world and each other when love is expressed without expectation and with gratitude. Healing Old Wounds
This meditation includes fire and water sounds along with imagery of younger versions of ourselves. The intention behind this meditation is to release the energy of old wounds from childhood to a fire and bring fire into our bodies to burn up the rest of the heaviness and also empower us.

This meditation begins with us walking through a reflective surface only to find ourselves looking at moments in our lives that we need reminding of. This could be a moments of love or gratitude. A moment treasured with loved ones. In the end we leave this reflective space to sit at the base of the Great Tree. Feeling the grounding and connected force of the tree and taking back with us words of wisdom.

This meditation is a journey to our soul book. In this meditation we are setting an intention to get awareness around why we repeat themes, situations, relationships, and behaviors. What are we meant to learn? Why do we have certain feeling or reactions to situations or people? A great way to view the patterns we repeat, is to look at how we created them and get a better understanding of how we are balancing the lesson in this life. Have questions, feel free to reach out. Feeling Emotional Energy
This meditation takes you out of your headspace and into feeling emotions with your body. We often go to a place of overthinking, ego, past experiences, and not feeling out decisions and choices with our bodies. Our mind will show us past experiences to help us process. Our bodies are present and seeing what IS not what WAS. Learning to truly feel our emotions with our bodies allows us to be present and make decisions based on our true feelings and not past experiences. This meditation includes soft music and nature sounds including distant thunder.

A Shared Memory
In this meditation we begin by looking in a mirror. From here we shift the image to a reflection of energy and then leave the room. Outside of the room is a person in our lives who has a shared memory with us. This memory is a reflection of how we created the image that we see reflected back to us. In this meditation, we release a story (or many stories) that we tell ourselves. Overtime, our perception of something about ourselves or someone else can start to look like the truth when in fact it is not. The first step to changing our perspective is to see that we may be holding onto a story. My hope is that the Truth Tree does this for you today.  Release the story and bring in the truth.

This meditation has us starting in a place in nature and as we sit in meditation, we are approached by a large animal. We then become that large animal. This was an interesting meditation from the perspective of feeling and seeing as if we are this animal.

Let it go, Fire Ceremony
This meditation has us releasing to a fire. I move you through pulling pain, frustration, anger, resentment, hurt, and labels, from your body and releasing to the fire. We release this energy to an offering that we place into a fire to be burned and released to the heavens. Holding back our Emotions
Standing on a cloud looking over the earth, it's not hard to see beauty. We start this meditation looking at the earth from this higher perspective and find a place we want to land. Our cloud slowly descends and we are standing on the earth. The place we have chosen or the place has chosen us hold significance. Exactly what may yet be determined. As we walk along the earth, we are drawn to the sound of water and go explore. This water is a symbol or subconscious look at our emotional state. What does the water look like? Does it flow like a river? Is it a small pond or lake? This meditation will walk you through looking at that water, exploring your thoughts and feelings, and making changes.

This meditation begins with a focus on us being present. Intuitive Communication
This meditation shows us how we can manifest what we desire for ourselves in the form of a tree. We watch this tree grow and when it has fully matured, we sit in its roots against it's trunk and watch a guide begin to walk towards us. This guide comes in to encourage and to show us what we need to continue manifesting our desires.

Watching our Thoughts
This meditation was an evaluation of our thoughts of ourselves and others when we are in a learning/teaching environment. Personally, I loved this meditation! We walk into a school, and into a classroom, and watch our feelings (emotional and physical) and then watch those feelings turn to thoughts. It is a great way to observe ourselves learning something new (or old), being taught by others, and truly being present. In reflection, watch how you respond to learning new things, and how you teach others.

Releasing to the Fire
In this meditation we begin in a forest next to a small fire. Two paths open, we choose one and begin to walk. During our walk we see an object, something that stands out to us, that doesn't belong. We bring this object back to the fire with us and decide to keep or to release it to the fire. The end of this meditation is an emotional release and cleanse in the water.

Walking the Mountain
This Meditation is a reflection. As we begin, we are walking down a path. We notice a slight incline but continue moving forward. As we walk, we come to a building. Inside the building we are transported to a memory. As we leave the building and continue walking the path, we are asked to observe the feelings in our bodies after the event and recognize the effects the event or memory had on our physical and emotional bodies as we continue to walk. A great meditation for digging deeper and becoming aware of attachments to memories or moments and their effects.

Grounding and Breath work
In this meditation our focus is really the breath. Making conscious connection to the breath and feeling your feet firmly on the ground. I bring the visuals in slowly so you really connect to the place you see and connect down through the feet. Ungrounded feelings often have us unfocused, can create anxiety, and allow our emotions to be unbalanced. This meditation will help to reconnect and ground your energy.

Chakra Balancer and Grounding
This meditation is a great beginners meditation to chakras, balancing and monitoring our own energy, and grounding. The term "grounding" can be used interchangeably with focus. To be grounded is to be connected, to be present, and to be focused. When we are "ungrounded" we are the opposite of these things.

A journey with an animal guide
In this meditation, we begin by focusing the breathe and slowly bring images into our focus. For beginners, I always advice to makeup the image. See it, bring it forward, allow it to come into focus, and relax. This meditation helps us see ourselves from the loving perspective of an animal walking along next to us. It allows us to create loving space and forgiveness for ourselves.
