Connecting - Giving Attention to What Nourishes Us
Where we put our attention our energy flows. We can decide what we want to connect to. Our devices? Social media? Our loved ones? Our own bodies?
Start to notice what you are connecting to on a daily basis and recognize which of those places are giving you back a feeling of joy or nourishment.
Get clear about what you want to pour your energy into and focus there.

Stop Pushing and Pulling and Discover More Ease and Agility
Although this may be a bit counter-intuitive, you will get more agile the less you push and pull your body.
We are programmed to think striving and straining makes us flexible and strong, but I believe it actually causes more harm than good.
This week in my online community we were getting really clear about how it feels to push and pull versus rest and receive.
Check out this video to see what that looks like on the mat.
Or read my Blog Post to dive deeper into this topic.
Or reach out and I would be happy to give you an experience of what this feels like in YOUR body! Book a Call.
Patience - Detaching from the Outcome
In this episode I discuss patience as a quality we can practice in life and on the mat. It seems not many of us find patience the easiest quality to practice.

Trust - In Ourselves? Or an Outer Authority?
Within our online community this week we were exploring Trust. Our practice gives us a chance to explore trust in our bodies.
When we practice allowing there is a sense of ease and relaxation. This week we explored the importance of reconnecting with oneself and listening to one's intuition to rediscover truth within.
This is an invitation to re-establish connection to Self.

Science and Sex with Dr. Jessica Gold
Dr. Jessica, a passionate relationship coach for powerful men in tech, had to go deep in this work herself - after years of feeling stuck in her head, anxious about relating, and having terrible sex. After her undergrad from MIT, Jessica spent 10 years working in lab as an organic chemist and neuroscientist - completing both her PhD and postdoctoral fellowship. Objectivity reigned and subjective embodied experience was laughed at. After experimenting with sexuality and alternative relationships in underground communities in San Francisco and at Burning Man, she decided there was more to life than pipettes and left her career to travel and say 'yes' to what scared her. She spent 4+ years in tantric and spiritual communities in Asia, studying shadow work, kundalini, meditation, tantric metaphysics, and more. After a decade in this new field, Jessica founded Bliss Science, where she uses the lens of non-dual tantra as the foundation of her healing approach. Dr. Jessica offers 1:1 and group programs for powerful men in tech - whether single or in partnership - and couples. She has helped hundreds of clients recover from shame and master the art of relating to women, creating the passionate relationship of their dreams. Jessica is certified by the ICF (PCC level), in Tantra, Relationships, and Men's Sexuality by VITA Coaching, in Process-Oriented Psychology by David Bedrick, in Emotional Mastery by Jenny Hale, and as a Sensual Arts Facilitator. Her teachers also include John Wineland, Kendra Cunov, Christopher Wallis, and Paul Muller-Ortega. She dares you to believe that sex and relating deserve to be given at least as much time as working out or developing your latest AI app.
Watch Jessica's Ted Ex Talk HERE.
The 5 questions Jessica dropped for all of us to ask ourselves.
1. Who are you sexually right now? What do you express, what do you embody when you have sex? Is this the fullest expression of who you could be? 2. Who does society/culture/religion want you to be sexually? 3. Who does your lover want you to be sexually? 4. Who do you most want to be in the bedroom? 5. What do you need in order to be this person during sex?
Thanks for listening.

I wanted to share her story to inspire others to take responsibility for their own health and to question recommended healthcare treatments. This episode is NOT to say healthcare treatments are good or bad, just to say... we have a choice. Our health and our bodies are ours to manage and no one should feel there is only one option. We are powerful beings with the ability to heal. I hope Joan's story will empower you and inspire you to think about how you want to manage and handle your own health struggles.

J-Man from Launchpad - Honest Thoughts on Strange Times
It was my pleasure to talk to Jason Petrunik and get to know him a little better. He is a former radio announcer of 17 years and I was attracted to speak with him because I caught wind of him online and he was speaking courageously about how none of what is going on in the world makes any sense.
I wanted to know how he got started with his own Podcasts and why he felt like he needed to speak up and out about freedom of speech.
If you are interested in being a part of unifying humans, have a listen and do your part in building bridges between us instead of creating more divide.
Our take away was to look inside, and challenge yourself to listen to others who feel and think differently than you do.

An Open Respectful Discussion between Differing Perspectives
This is a long, candid conversation between two strangers.
My guest Michael Berg shares with me how he sees the world, and lets me share with him how I see it. We realize through our discussion that we have some fundamental differences of opinion, but we also found some things we could agree on.
I appreciated the respect and engagement Michael brought to the table.
I think this conversation points to ways that we all get stuck in our stories, and if we choose, how we can still grow in love and understanding.
This conversation, I felt was definitely more productive than any conversation we could have had on Facebook. I believe it is important for us as humans to continue to nourish our ability to meet in a conversation. I believe if we had met in person, the conversation would have even held more connection and depth and understanding.
I hope those of you who listen to this conversation continue to keep your hearts and minds up to one another.
