I have not done well with keeping up with my podcast. I haven’t disappeared, I’ve just been very busy. Also, when you listen to lots of podcasts, you start to define what you need to podcast, but there doesn’t have to be a set formula. Do what works for you! (That applies elsewhere in life too!)

Why is everyone running the race and I'm not?! Wait... not EVERYONE is running it and I've run it before. No FOMO required, right? Right?! Also... trails. Running on them. I love it and wish I did more of it.
