This show is the audio format of content fromJillWillRun.com. Basically, I talk about running and healthy living, as well as things that can support or get in the way of those in daily life. Occasional interviews with others on related topics are in the mix.
I'm starting a series of posts and associated podcasts about different workouts that I'm doing. I'm not committing to any schedule for when these will be released! But my first podcast episode is on the Physique 57 program and their on-demand platform.
I have not done well with keeping up with my podcast. I haven’t disappeared, I’ve just been very busy. Also, when you listen to lots of podcasts, you start to define what you need to podcast, but there doesn’t have to be a set formula. Do what works for you! (That applies elsewhere in life too!)
When my armband broke, I had to look for something new to carry my phone while running. So I tried a few options, here's what I mention here: Techvilla, Sprigs Banjee, Koala Clip, Armpocket, Camelbak Ultra Pro Vest, Orange Mud.

Why is everyone running the race and I'm not?! Wait... not EVERYONE is running it and I've run it before. No FOMO required, right? Right?! Also... trails. Running on them. I love it and wish I did more of it.
Two seemingly unrelated topics: The Boston Marathon and foot exfoliation! I talk about my experience running the 2015 event and the excitement at the 2018 marathon. And the foot exfoliation is just a fun "bonus" bit of information!
Have you ever used a bot to assist you in your fitness goals? I've been playing with Jolt, a chatbot interface that can help guide you and encourage you to keep up with fitness goals. I got to interview the creator, Adam, and ask him about why Jolt is the way Jolt is.
My initial step into this foray into audio content. Blogging doesn’t feel the same and I’m itching to play around with different technology, so this is it. Let’s see where it goes. I’ll talk running, motherhood, health, life in general.
