In this episode JJ and Isaac interview Shane Tierney. Shayne has wrestled for years and is going to continue is wrestling career at Marion University.

JJ and Issac discuss ways to win in this podcast. There seems to be a mantra of "win at all costs" going on at the moment and they discuss whether this is the only way to win or if you can build a winning culture in a all together different way. they get into whether or not the culture falls on the coach's shoulders or the team leader's shoulders and where that line is.

Isaac and JJ discuss injury defaults and how they can have a huge impact later in the season. Should an injury default count against you in seeding a tournament later in a season? Should you get team points for an injury default? That is all discussed in this episode of the Whizzer Podcast.

What is better offensive or defensive wrestling? Which one will get you more wins? On this episode JJ and Isaac talk about the differences between offensive and defensive wrestling and their opinion on the winning style. After this episode they may even go to the IHSAA to sanction freestyle wrestling.

In this episode Isaac and JJ talk about believing in yourself or habits. What is going to win any match? When it's 30 seconds left and down 2, is it the kid that is going to believe in himself and win? Or are the people that win the best because of the habits in the room?

Isaac and JJ discuss coaching and the major roll it has on a team. They get into not only winning, but also developing a culture for kids to succeed in. They talk about practice, the wrestling room, and different approaches and roles a coaching staff has and how it impacts the team overall.

This episode is digging into the great class vs. non-class system debate in wrestling. Then it talks about team state and individual state, and JJ brings his spin on things with being the "second greatest mind in wrestling."
