The Life Skills for Young Scientists podcast introduces listeners to essential skills they will need to be happy, productive, and peaceful scientists. These include meditation, mindfulness, self-compassion, assertiveness, boundary setting, and conflict resolution. New episodes are to be released monthly from March 2023 through March 2024, and consist of audio excepts from meetings of a yearlong mentorship program of the same name.
