Jean Olney, who is also know by many as ‘Mama Jean,’ is a wife and mother of 8 grown children, one of whom requires 24/7 care. She has ten grandkids. The foundation of everything for her, is her belief in God. She loves pretty much anything to do with creativity, a good book, and deep conversations. Music, nature, and quiet time are all things that feed her soul along with family and friends. She feels most alive when she is able to help someone in some way and deeply believes each and every human carries a gift within to share with the world.

Join me as I talk to Jenni Russell. Jenni tells us her story of of dealing with chronic pain and how she found joy in it.

How can podcasts affect your life? Well, let me tell you how it has affected my life. I have an amazing friend whom I met through her podcast. That was approximately a year ago, and now I can't imagine what life would be like if I didn't know her. She has been an amazing support to me during the difficult time I am going through. I can't even fathom that I have never actually met her in person... YET! 

Tammy is the founder and owner of Footprints of Inspiration, podcast host at a Faithful God Podcast, author of Finding Peace in the Mess Devotional, as well as multiple Bible studies. Tammy loves empowering women to step out of their comfort zone and live the life they were created for. She lives in Virginia with her husband and two boys, and in her downtime, you’ll find her hanging at the beach, soaking in the ocean breezes.
